Today I went into buy my shampoo products. I got them go to the register. A cashier named Donny waited on me. He was so awesome! He made sure I knew about a coupon and that I used it ( it was on my ulta app on my phone ). He also made sure I received my free gift ! A full size bottle of a hair product!! He made my day. I not only saved money but a free gift. He has wonderful customer service. I will look for him to wait on me each and every time!! read more

Let me begin with, my appointment was for 1:00 with Joanne. She called me around 12:15 to tell me the guest before me was running late. So I'm thinking 15 minutes, ok. No it was 30 minutes. I did get there at 1:00. I waited an hour to start on my hair. I was doing highlights all over, a cut, blow out. Now its 5 o'clock I'm still in foil & the store closes at 6pm. I'm thinking wow there's still alot to be done. I'll be here till 8 pm. At 6:30 they tell me to pay cause they are closing the register. I paid. Now its 7pm my hair soaked the hairstylist is cutting it. They tell me I have to go & come back another day. Wtf is that about. You fing took my money & my service isn't done. My hair looks like total crap. I would never, ever go back there. I'm calling my cards to dispute this. Plus it doesn't even look like I have highlights. I was visiting my family and needed a new foundation so off to Ulta I went since it's Sephora is far away. The customer service was AMAZING. They helped me find everything I was looking for. I docked a star because when I opened my new foundation, it definitely wasn't a clean box, cap, or bottle. I can't tell if it was used or over filling of the product. read more

Very rude and unprofessional lady's working at the front counter. Was told needed mask to be in store, but was checking a customer out and the customer didn't have any mask on. So I walked back in to inform the rude clerk that the customer standing directly in front of her wasn't wearing a mask and I was told and I quote "oops she must have slipped in" but yet I was told to leave the store. I will be following through with this complaint to a Corperate level to get this resolved. Worst experience ever. Went in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to have my hair straightened for the holiday. The lady that did my hair had her iron set to what had to be the highest setting it had. She fried my blonde hair and it turned into a nappy, tangled mess that I couldn't get undone, and I didn't see it until I got home. So after having to pay her and tip her for what I thought was a primo job, I ended up having to keep my hair in a messy bun all of Thanksgiving. Then on black Friday, I had to go to a totally different salon to have them try and get the knot out. They were also unsuccessful. And I had to cut hair that was past the middle of my back to above my shoulders. I am so angry and upset. Don't ever use Ulta beauty salon for any services. read more

I had never had an experience as bad as a few days ago. Jessica the stylist tried to fix a service that one of the stylists had done before. She applied bleach twice and burned my hair. Days later I washed my hair and began to break, because it was fragile. With salons that have stylists like her, services will never be done in Ulta read more

I have had the worst experiences at this Ulta when it pertains to receiving cosmetic treatment with eyebrow waxing, to eyelash extensions, and a smoky eye. Billy from benefit brow bar has done each one of these treatments on me, and they all have been absolutely terrible. My eyebrows were not waxed properly or how I specified them to be like at all. My eyelash extensions were applied incorrectly, as she glued each individual lash to my eyelid and not lash. They were falling out in not even a few hours after I had gotten them done. I also went in there to test some products I was seeking to purchase in order to see how a smoky eye along with some liner would look. It was horrendous, as the eyeliner looked incredibly uneven and like the horror stories I both have seen and heard about. Ultimately, the incompetence has proven to be pathetic and I will not be attempting to ever get these treatments done from there ever again. read more

IF I could give a negative star I would. I entered the Ulta for the first time in over a year. My intent was to purchase a headband... the store appeared empty. I walked all the way to the back was looking at the headbands. When this female approached me and was quite nasty in telling me that "all customers are REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK" my response was to tell her that I have copd and my pulmonologist said I should not wear one. That shoull have been the end of it.. had she left me alone I wouild have bought the headband and been in the store less than 10 min. but NOOOOO, she had to repeat her dictum again.. my response was to say, "Ya know I will just leave and not buy the headband. As I walked to and got near the front she again said, in a very officious and overbearing manner, "our company REQUIRES YOU TO WEAR A MASK" By then I was so exasperated with her I turned and said, "F you, I have not been in the store in over a year and will never return now" Her response was to tell me I had been in the store a few days before and had given her a hard time and that she had seen me on the camera. I told her that was not true and was she calling me a liar. At that point I left.. outside I realized she had held her hand over her name tag the entire time.. so I walked back in and asked her name.. she gave me her first name them demanded mine. When I pointed out that she had violated my rights (I am legally disabled due to my issues) and that she had harassed me and called me a liar.. I was not happy.. she denied all of it.. of course there were 3 ppl at the register at thh time and NO one in the store when I was there but me and her. she threatened to call the police.. upon calling customer service they verified my last purchase was well over a yr ago... under NO circumstances will I ever purchase anything else from this company.. and I recommend no one else does either.. read more

Went to the brow bar at Ulta in Brooksville fl. Told Billie I needed black she didn't do black she mixed brown with black and when she was through she even said that would fade. I also needed my brows trimmed straight but she didn't know how to do that. I feel like I just threw 19 dollars in the trash. I'm now going to still have to use a eyebrow pencil until I can get them tinted again some place else. So today no trim and the girl did the color she wanted to do. My hair is black with light brown brows. Thats a shame. read more

I've been meaning to write this review for a while! I got to Ulta frequently and one employee always stands out to me. Her name is Carla. She is SO nice, she's extremely knowledgeable as well. She doesn't approach me like a robot either, she talks to me like an old friend, which is super comforting and makes me feel confident when I'm talking to her about my beauty concerns. She's helped me with picking out the perfect shade of foundation.. to helping me tame my 100% Italian eye brows! Lol! She's def made for the beauty industry. Recently moved to the area. I went this past Wednesday to this Ulta to have a color and cut. I was impressed with Cortney. She was extremely friendly and kind. She listened to what my needs were and followed through. It's always hard going to a new salon however, she was awesome! My color and cut were amazing and I will be going back! Thanks, Cortney!!
