I live in central Vermont, but knowing now how well they care for their customers, even if I lived 300 miles away, I would definitely make the trip. I purchased a CargoPro trailer from them last year, and when one of the hinges detached from the gate, requiring repairs, they didn't just fix it. Instead, they contacted CargoPro and arranged for an entirely new gate assembly. Taylor took charge of this warranty issue and truly exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed by his consistent and thorough communication throughout the entire process, which involved removing the old gate, installing new hardware, and completing the repair quickly. The trailer now looks as good as new.

There isn't much I can say about Vintage Steele that hasn't been said already. It's a great shop…read morethat's owned and operated by great guys. Every time I walk into this shop (which is fairly often) I'm always blown away by the custom work they have going on and how excited the guys are about what they're working on. What makes me different from most folks that go to this shop is I'm a Harley guy. I can say without question that Chris and Josh are comfortable and confident working on any make of motorcycle. I trusted them to work on my Sportster and I trust them now to work on my Road King. When you drop your bike off for work you'll always have a good idea on what it's going to cost. These guys are great at quoting an estimate and follow through with great communication should they discover something else that might need attention. They'll never do any work without finding out if you actually want it done. These are stand up honest guys doing something that they love to do. Just stop by the shop sometime and have a conversation with these guys. If their genuine enthusiasm, passion and positive attitudes don't win you over....you should probably find another shop.

Sent my raptor 660 there due to spitting and spuddering when on the throttle they had it for 2 1/2…read moremonths throwing any type of part they could think of to try and fix it needless to say almost 900$ later to get it back and it still doesn't run right can't even ride it cause it just randomly shuts off now ever since they gave it back I do not recommend this place at all for any work to be done they fixed the spuddering problem but now my quad shuts off randomly when I'm on trails had to tow it home cause of this also they didn't tighten the carb boot it was off along with bolts missing out of the case on the stator side they replaced overall bad techs there only buy oil and mix from them
