I could not go in myself so I sent a friend and these guys threw such a stink. I called Lisa, the owner, and told her that my friend was getting things from the car, and was told "it is a privilege for them to let me on the lot" and that "they didn't want to babysit someone going through my car". I told her I was going to tell the BBB about how they refused to let me on the lot and recover my property, and she hung up on me. Then they lied to my insurance company about my friend already getting things out of the car because they were trying to steal parts from the car! Nothing but problems with these guys and totally unfriendly. Would strongly recommend against doing business with this company and hope no one else has problems like I do.

They took my car, drove me home, and called me within a half hour with an estimate, which was much less than I expected. Apparently they over heard me talking about not having a ride to work the next day and had my car ready for me by 5:30 the same day! They were booked for the next day and didn't want to leave me stranded. They picked me back up and I have my car back! Every single person I came in contact with was kind and helpful. They went out of their way for me and I will be a life long customer, telling everyone in need of car repairs to go to Dubes. I can't thank them enough. Faith in humanity restored.
