Went through Insuramce so can't speak to price. When work was done in roof had to go back to have it re done to satisfaction. Keene Autobody worked on my car twice over the last two years doing major repairs They did excellent work both times. An employee told me that the company has recently been sold, to a larger company which owns many body shops. I believe their pricing may have gotten quite a bit higher. I recently visited them for an estimate for a minor repair on my wife's car. The estimate came back at what seemed to be a very high price. I'm getting the same repair made by a qualified body shop for 20% of the estimate that Keene provided. I recommend getting quotes from other body shops if you're considering having work done there. read more

I have been very fortunate not to have had a vehicle accident in 50 years. My wife had a minor accident backing up earlier this year. I didn't know where to go but this company has ads on local radio station (WKBK) that I listen to so I decided to take it there to be repaired. First I got the estimate for insurance company. Steve came out,took pictures,and provided an estimate in less then an hour. My insurance company accepted it. We were due to have it repaired right before the Covid19 hit. I told Steve we were self quarantining and wouldn't be bring car in. He was very sympathetic. We finally felt safe to drop it off. We dropped it off Sunday night picked it up Wednesday. Never know we had an accident. The woman who called my wife was very understanding of her safety concerns. Hope I never have another accident but if I do I will go back here. read more

Steve and the staff went out of their way to deal with a situation that was not their issue. They came to Littleton, NH to pick up my car they had repaired due to the issue. And, then returned it the next day by flat bed. They would not accept me driving it down, as Steve said "not your issue and we are going to take care of it". The repair is perfect, no evidence of the accident and just like new. I once lived in the Keene area and had previous excellent work completed by Keene Auto Body, they continue to provide top class customer experience. read more

I've never felt the need to write a review until now. This guy was the biggest asshole I've ever met. Fat man was extremely unhappy with me when I showed up to grab my car and gave me so much attitude about not shutting the door of his office. Rates were extremely high and service was GOD AWFUL! My car was involved in a collision last week. Unfortunately the car was not able to be driven away under it's own power. A tow truck was called and it was my further bad luck that it was from Keene Auto Body. I spoke with Keene Auto Body the next day to see about getting an estimate for repairs. They called me back with one the following day. They estimated repairs would be about $4,500. I asked around at a few other places and was not able to reduce that by much so I decided to just get a different car instead. Keene Auto Body has no weekend hours, so I had to wait until Monday to contact them to have the car towed back to my house. This is when I learned that they charge $125 for emergency towing and $75 for scheduled towing. They also wanted to charge me $250 for storage fees for the 6 days my car had been in their keeping. During the 2 conversation I had with them when talking about an estimate there was no mention of storage fees made. Also they emailed me a write up of the repair estimate and nothing was said or implied that they would be trying to charge me $50 a day for storage. I was able to get them to reduce the bill to only $300 for the 2 miles of tow truck use and 6 days of storage fees all together. I still feel that this is a hugely inflated price for the services they provided. If I had not paid in full, they were not going to let me have my car back, and the implied threat was that it would continue to pile up storage fees until I paid them. read more
