He put the wrong engine in and it did not work and he charged me for it (I agreed to pay!!). I finally removed my car from his business in order to get the proper work done because Mike had my car until March 2022... When I received my car the catalytic converter was missing (he probably sold it), two of my tires were slashed (NO IDEA WHY ALSO NEVER GOT AN ANSWER OR CALL BACK). He will never answer the phone and instead will have the aloof secretary take your phone number down for a call back that you will not get. WHAT A JOKE. Also all the good reviews are from friends and family (just look at the last name "Hayes" ) I sincerely hope you will read this review and the other negative reviews and go with another towing company for your business. Thanks to Mike, I saved $3000 after he inspected a truck which turned out to be an unreliable and unsafe vehicle to have for myself and my youngster. Mike could have easily charged me to fix the truck and just send me on my way, but instead brought the serious problems to my attention and assisted me out of a sale that could have easily been life-threatening. I wouldn't send friends and family anywhere else. Thanks Mike for truly caring about safety and family first!

Called at 10:30 got yelled at saying we had an apt at 9am. Did not. And refuses to let friend in lot to get belongings needed for work. Would not recommend unless you want to be treated and talked to less than a human. Also extremely disrespectful to woman.

The woman calls the truck driver, and then comes back to tell me "oh the truck driver is declining that call". Just talked to Ford, and J&J verbally accepted the call and confirmed the name of the employee who accepted the tow. Don't use them, their auto body work is probably sub par anyways.
