Pleasant & patient every time someone answered or returned my call. Though I ended up not getting the work done as he looked ever & communicated other concerns on the car it was as pleasant an experience possible beginning to end starting with a very reasonable quote on the work & patience as I priced the cost specific (body) work they don't do, They have great reviews to start with so I'm confident I would be pleased with the work. I would & will consider them for similar work in the future should I need it despite the extra distance. They do offer a wool wax procedure to protect underneath cars to protect from rust corrosion. Seems a well worth investment considering cost of replacing parts.

For a headlight!!! John had it fixed in 15 minutes while we waited, for a fraction of the other estimate. And he fixed a burned-out backup light as we were leaving at no charge. Finding a good mechanic you can trust? Priceless.

I absentmindedly ran out of gas on my way home one cold winter evening and had to stop right off the off-ramp of I-91. Al's was dispatched by my Toyota roadside assistance. The gentleman who arrived was extremely helpful and courteous, even offering me the opportunity to warm up in the truck. An unfortunate series of technical issues required yet another gentleman to be dispatched. The two tirelessly worked on my car, tried to navigate the Toyota helpline, and driver's manual, finally calling in a lifeline to a remote computer savvy associate-which did the trick! I could not go in myself so I sent a friend and these guys threw such a stink. I called Lisa, the owner, and told her that my friend was getting things from the car, and was told "it is a privilege for them to let me on the lot" and that "they didn't want to babysit someone going through my car". I told her I was going to tell the BBB about how they refused to let me on the lot and recover my property, and she hung up on me. Then they lied to my insurance company about my friend already getting things out of the car because they were trying to steal parts from the car!
