They are cash only and cash on delivery, they have been really good to us in the past and most everything we have had done has taken half the time and cost half as much as I expected. Just to prepare you, Larry swears more than Red Fox and Penny smokes more than the stacks at the paper mill but they are still great people.

Tony Sherman, Autex Inc. Service Advisor, arranged for my vehicle to be serviced by Autex, Inc. Master Technician, Jeff Lynch. The technician determined that the SAS module circuit board was shorted out due to water damage and needed to be replaced. It was also determined that the Parking Brake Module was salvageable and did not need replacing. I was told that this water damage was caused by the driver spilling liquids into the center console. I told the staff to go ahead with the necessary repairs. Five months later, on August 5th, I took my vehicle back to my mechanic, Coleman's Automotive, to diagnose codes. Again, they recommended I take the vehicle to the dealership because the codes were associated with the SAS module. On August 9th, I took my vehicle to be serviced by Autex, Inc. Again, I spoke to Tony Sherman and he had their technician diagnose the codes. It was determined that the SAS module needed to be replaced because the circuit board was shorted out due to water damage. Again, I was blamed for causing the damage and dismissed by the service staff with a, "Ah we see this all the time - even 1 cup of coke can cause this damage." I then spoke directly to the technician and insisted he investigate a possible leak from rain water. He said, "well if you want me to spend time looking for a leak that's up to you." I said that I would take it back to my mechanic to investigate the leak since their hourly rates are much more reasonable than Autex, Inc. On August 28, 2024, I took my vehicle to Coleman's Automotive to investigate a leak. They found the sunroof drain liner was broken and rain water was getting into the vehicle damaging the modules. Therefore, the corrosion was not caused by driver error but by rain water leaking into the vehicle. My mechanic made the necessary repairs to the leak. Beginning 8-28-2024 until today, I have been drying out the vehicle with fans, dehumidifiers and damp rid containers. Due to Autex, Inc. service staff's incompetence and misdiagnosis my vehicle is inoperable and in need of both the SAS and Parking Brake modules to be replaced.

Both vehicles are low mileage vehicles and are running well. Joe and I were talking the other day about some of the negative reviews he received. He said he does not recognize the names of the complainers and believes that many of the names are fake. I am in Joe's shop regularly because he does quality repair work on some of my other motor vehicles (I have more than two) and I say I have never seen any of those people in his shop either. So what is going on ? I know that Joe made the mistake of hiring two young men who claimed to be skilled auto mechanics but it turned out they were both only big talkers who could not fix anything. I know this because I dropped off a motorcycle which needed the starter mechanism repaired. I say it is not a difficult repair job. Big talker mechanic said he could fix it but, after a few weeks, the motorcycle was still sitting there unrepaired. Finally, I decided to bring the motorcycle back to my house and I fixed it myself. Why ? Because big talker mechanic didn't know how to fix it. He was all talk and did not have a clue concerning what to do. Both of the big talkers were rightly let go by Joe, so it is likely that one or both of them are responsible for the fake names, fake reviews. So please ignore the ridiculous fake nonsense. lf you see a car on his lot that you like, but want to be sure that the car is a good one for you, you can ask Joe if your own mechanic can look at the car. I expect that you will have to pay your own mechanic for that service, but you can do that to get your own mechanic's opinion about the car. Funny wise, I don't do any of that. I just pointed at the pickup truck and asked Joe what $$$ he wanted for it, he told me, I said okay, and I didn't even test drive it. For the car, I saw it posted on Craigslist, I called Joe on the phone, the price was listed in the posting. I said I want it, same thing as the truck, I said okay, I didn't even test drive it. For you, find a car you like on his lot, find out the price, find a good local area auto mechanic to look over the car and give you his (or sometimes her) opinion and then make your decision. Apparently they over heard me talking about not having a ride to work the next day and had my car ready for me by 5:30 the same day! They were booked for the next day and didn't want to leave me stranded. They picked me back up and I have my car back! Every single person I came in contact with was kind and helpful. They went out of their way for me and I will be a life long customer, telling everyone in need of car repairs to go to Dubes. I can't thank them enough. Faith in humanity restored.

They charged her 75 dollars to do one tire and scheduled her for the rest. We took it to another shop to have the other tires looked at and there were no stickers on the tires. The average four tire mount and balance costs 79.99. When I confronted the owner about the cost and lack of stickers on the tires he refused to have a civil conversation and told me he would not refund anything. He scammed my mother and I hope this review will help prevent anyone else from losing their money. Take your vehicle anywhere else in town.​

I came to them on my spare after blowing out a front-tire sidewall the evening before. Twenty minutes after Il called, they had my car jacked up and the new tire mounted.
