When I said I would not be replacing my struts, they charged me for the broken lug nut. On top of the dishonest service I received, when I arrived to retrieve my vehicle - they lost the paperwork. I took my car somewhere else and got the two snow tires put on, the struts replaced, and a new inspect for $900. Total scammers.

I would not recommend doing business with this dealership ever as the owner used to be one of my friends and refuses to take my phone calls now because it would cost him thousands to make things right. Instead of doing the right thing, they are shady and underqualified for what they do. it's very sad to see a local small car dealership be so scummy.
