Every single time I walked in for something basic, a parade of expensive, unneeded repairs would magically pop up--including a rear wheel bearing job that independent verification and multiple mechanics confirmed was totally unnecessary, as the minor play described is entirely normal. ​To make matters worse, when they did my rear axle bearings, they handed the truck back with a service park light glowing on the dash, flat-out lied to my face claiming they "didn't touch the brakes," and three days later my rear left brake started spewing fluid from a botched assembly. When I called them out on it, they had it towed back, fixed it, and then tried to stick me with the bill, claiming it couldn't possibly be their fault because they "didn't touch the brakes"--even though doing rear axle bearings absolutely requires touching the brake system and parking brake system. ​To top it all off, their paperwork claimed my front passenger-side inner tie rod needed immediate replacement. I brought the truck to a couple of other 11 to have it looked at, and all of them said there was no issues whatsoever--proving KG's write-up was completely fabricated. If you go here, expect simple maintenance to be inflated into a multi-thousand-dollar farce. Do yourself a favor, save your wallet, and take your business anywhere else.

Parts were to be ordered in a week, and I requested to be emailed as soon as that occured. A month later no email. Finally they confirmed they had the parts but it would be 10 days or longer to install them, even after waiting 5 weeks for my vehicle to be repaired by warranty. After several emailed Jeremiah the srvice manager has determined that my vehicle will not be fixed by the dealership after no effort has been made to them to fix it, nor would they confirm a date & time. The reason is that if you are not happy with a lack of service at this dealership you are not welcomed as a customer. The vehicle has 4 blow shocks since the 4XE Jeep was poorly enginerred and it will not pass safety inspection. For 5 weeks I've had to drive under this condition and zero effort to assist in anyway was made by the dealership. Very odd, but this is what this dealership seems to be about. Another note is that they suggest leases through ALLY which do not allow you to easily trade the vehicle in. Other leading dealerships in the Keene area would NEVER subject a customer to either of these problems. Conversely the sales department was always happy to research, address issue, and add value.

The invoice stated my car was black (it's blue). The communication was poor, I was sent to voicemails with no return calls; promised call backs within 10 min and 90 min later I had to call them back. Jeff claimed to have called, but my phone indicated otherwise. My last phone conversation was with Portia - she rudely huffed into the phone. Evan had said to call if I needed a loaner, but when I asked Jeff , he said would connect me with a rental car. Not a quality place by any means; nor are they accountable to their lack of service. I picked the car up, and after 13 days, they gave me a coupon to their own car wash - wow.... didn't have time over 13 days to wash it for a customer who only bought a battery?
