Company never made good on selling me a defective vehicle, frame cracked after less than 9 months of driving, still paying for it while it sits in my driveway. Think of a typical sketchy dealership that gets you into a shady deal and this place is that stereotype. read more

TLDR; I was initially very nervous about buying a car from this dealership - from the start I had my guard up - everyone has heard the horrible stories about buying from one of these 'sketchy' side of the road used car dealerships. However, my fears were all proven wrong in the end, and I'm now the proud owner of a rare fully loaded Audi that I got a fantastic deal on - under 50K miles for about the private party KBB book. New England Auto let me take the car to a mechanic an hour and a half away, and was communicative with me throughout the process. I think there are probably a lot of really good deals on this lot due to the remote location and small dealership. However, the purchasing process had some flaws, which is why I'm subtracting a star - for the full play-by-play, read on below: ----- I stumbled across this dealership looking for a very hard to find Audi, so I made the hour and a half drive out to western Mass to see it. The car looked great, but they only had one person working there (his name was Corey), and he was nice and let me take it out for a test drive alone. It drove wonderfully, but I insisted on taking it to my mechanic all the way back home, which to my surprise, was allowed. So, I drove it an hour and a half back to my mechanic, who inspected it, and said "This is the cleanest pre-purchase inspection I've done in a long time." There was nothing wrong with the car, it was in great shape! So, I drove back to the dealer, having fallen in love with the car during the essentially 3 hour test drive I had. However, the buying process was not quite as smooth - Kurt wanted to wait for the cashier's check to clear before handing over the title, which I wasn't okay with (again, I had my guard up). In the end, after several calls, I suggested that they call the bank to verify the check was good, and he agreed to deliver the car to me, which they did a couple days later after expediting obtaining the title for me (they did not have the title on-premise). To be fair, my situation was a bit unusual, since I wanted to register the car myself at the RMV (instead of the dealer registering it for me) since I was on a time constraint. You may have a different situation if you want them to register the car for you. Two nice gentlemen delivered the car, and signing the paperwork was surprising quick, it took all of 5 minutes at most. They handed over the title and keys and I had my dream Audi! I've driven it almost a thousand miles, and true to both the dealer's and my mechanic's word, I've found the car to be in excellent condition, aesthetically and mechanically. To Kurt and his employees: I would recommend trying to smooth out the purchasing process a bit more to make future customers feel more comfortable. While I'm sure intentions were good, asking for a holding deposit on the car before I even saw it made me feel nervous (I declined), and I don't feel that my desire to hand over the cashier's check and get the title at the same time should have been met with so much resistance initially. These things can make a big difference when it comes to feeling comfortable when making a purchase this big. Props for letting me drive the car so far to the my mechanic though, and for being accommodating with my unusual situation. Anyways, overall, very pleased to have done business with New England Auto Network, and I would do so again. I got my dream car in great shape, at a great price! read more

Zach and Kurt are liars and criminals! Zero stars. I put down a $1000 deposit with the written agreement that it could be refunded if my mechanic had concerns with the car. My mechanic looked at the car and found a number of serious issues that they had either lied about or were ignorant of. So I asked for my refund back and they immediattely promised to refund me. A month later I still hadn't recieved the money. I called 10's of times, left messages, and basically got no response. When I did hear from them they lied to my face and said the money had been refunded. Or they said they would send me proof of a refund, which they never did. Eventually I had to call the local police, only after the cops showed up at the dealership did they return my money. When I spoke to the cop he said that this was not the first time this had happened and he had intervened. Stay as far away from this business as possible! read more

Car failed to pass inspection, one issue was a set of tail lights needed replacing. They had the car for over a week and when I drove away, the new tail light FELL OFF THE CAR as I pulled out of the dealer. They had failed to actually screw the lights into place Another issue was a tire alignment problem, was told it would be fixed. It never was, they just popped a new tire onto the car so the irregular wear wouldn't show up yet. Discovered the tire was not aligned once I was out of the warranty and that reason was the entire rear tire mount system was rusted to the point that it needed to be replaced. Now less than a year after buying the thing the Transmission is failing. Even if I thought I could pressure them somehow into covering the repair, I'd be too afraid that the engine would fall out after they serviced it. Stay FAR FAR AWAY. read more

DO NOT buy anything from this place!!! The service here is horrible. People working here are unprofessional, full of excuses, can't get anything done on time. Every time when they were supposed to look at the car, let's say on Thursday- nobody was able to look at the car until Monday or Tuesday......this is completely unacceptable! I have not heard anything good about this dealership from anybody. Save yourself money and time and avoid this place like a plague. Very dissatisfied customer. read more

I went to New England Auto Network looking to purchase a car, I had some idea of what I wanted. I gave them all the information they needed to research and find me the car. Within a week they tracked it down, notified me, and sent the car through multiple safety inspections. From there papers were signed and I was driving off very satisfied and excited for my new SUV! I am not one to like any body that pushes hard to sell anything. I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. It was very refreshing to do business with down to earth, honest people. If your looking for somewhere to get a car, consider New England Auto Network. I promise you won't be dissatisfied read more

So happy I found this gem of a place! Great cars! Very knowledgeable staff!! Thanks guys love my car

Great experience! Kurt the owner and Chris my salesman were great! So friendly and willing to get you a good price. They gave me a great deal for my 2014 Acura MDX, and a great price for my trade. Highly recommend! read more

Dealership was great too me. I talked to Zach the salesman. Hey was very polite and down to earth. This dealership isn't trying to make tons of profit off you. They want to give you good deals so they make small profits but a lot of sales. They not only looked at the car with their experienced mechanic but let me bring in my own mechanic to look at the car. And any minor problem we found they fixed free of charge before I even picked up the car. My car came to me for a lot lower of a price than it should have to say the least. Defiantly come here and they'll treat you right read more

In the spring of 2015 I shopped online for a car and came across an ad for a silver 2008 Honda Accord being sold at New England Auto Network. I live in New York State and their business is in Massachusetts. I called them about the car, committed to a sight unseen purchase, and sent them a deposit so I wouldn't lose the deal. The car was beautiful. However, the ad had the car as being equipped with certain features that were mistakenly advertised for the car that I purchased. I was so excited about picking up the car that I didn't realize that some of the features that were advertised were not included in the vehicle that was delivered. I was extremely upset when I realized this and I sent an email to the sales person who sold me the car to strongly express my concern. The proprietor of the business immediately got back to me. He asked for the details (website of the ad, listings, etc), which I provided. He told me he valued my business and that he would investigate the circumstances and do whatever he could to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Several days later he got back to me and admitted that there was an error in the advertisement. He accepted FULL responsibility and we came up with an agreement in order to make me whole in the transaction. Not only did NE Auto Network provide me with a terrific car that has been 100% reliable, but the proprietor took full responsibility of an error with his advertisers and fixed the situation to my satisfaction. My understanding is that NE Auto Network is a mom-and-pop organization that does not make huge profits from car to car. For the proprietor to reach out to me directly, admit to the error and make things right, is extremely commendable. I trust this organization and would recommend purchasing your next vehicle there without hesitation. read more

Buyer beware Although I have to admit, that I bought a very good vehicle from NEA, getting something corrected on it etc was a great problem. I purchased a warrenty for the vehicle but soon realized I couldn't afford it, and canceled the warrenty. I was promised on numerous occasions (to my face) that I would be refunded the cost of it as it was incorporated into the purchase price. After numerous phone calls and personal meetings over a 9 month period with the owner of NEA, and each time being promised he would" take care of the problem right away". It was then I called and spoke to Corey about the problem. He notified the owner (Kurt) and through Coreys following through we finally got the problem resolved.I feel that if it wasn't for Corey we would be going to court with Kurt over this problem. Corey is the most honest person at NEA. If it wasn't for Corey there would be no business. read more

Hello All, I wanted to share my experience with yelp on the dealership that I just purchased my new car from. The dealership was called, New England Auto Network and they were nothing but great to me. It started with a referral from a friend, so I gave them a call, Kurt (owner) answered, he was very polite, educated, well spoken and honest. I said I was looking at a 2011 G37X with 41,000 miles on it, and this particular dealership wanted 24,500, for the vehicle. He told me to wait and not pull the trigger. He said he thinks he can get that particular vehicle maybe a year newer with less miles and at a better price. He told me to give him a week and he would see what he could do. I was skeptical at first because my rental was due back Monday June 8, 2015, it was Thursday May 28, 2015. Which left zero room for error, I listened and I am sure glad I did. He called me Tuesday June 2, 2015, he said he was going tomorrow (Wednesday June 3, 2015) to look at some cars that fit my criteria. He wanted to double check the color, features, mileage and my limit to spend. I said, I love the blue, black or white, (in that order) 2012 Infiniti G37X, fully loaded, but can't really afford to spend more then 23,000. He told me and these are his exact words, "Kevin, I am going to get you the car of your dreams, trust me." I said OK and left the ball in his court. He called me on Wednesday June 3, 2015, to let me know that he had just got the exact car I wanted. He got a blue slate 2012 Infiniti G37X, fully loaded every feature you could imagine, with 33,000 miles. I asked him how much was it going to cost me, he said 22,900. My exact words were DONE, how do we move forward. He told me to send him over some information and that Zack and himself would take it from here. By the way Zack, great guy as well, nothing but good things to say about his professionalism. Next phone call I got from Kurt was on June 4, 2015, he said, I just got your inspected, oil change and a car wash, its all yours to drive off the lot. I couldn't get there fast enough. When I got to the dealership I realized that I had no idea what I should do with the Renal car. I live in Boston and I rented the car there, I asked Kurt, he said, don't worry about it we will take care of it. When I finally saw the car everything Kurt had said was true, the car was perfect. Leaving all this trust in this young man was the correct thing to do. I can't tell you how happy and pleased I am with my purchase. I never write reviews, good or bad, I just felt like people need to know how you get treated when you shop at this dealership. Like I said above, I live in Boston and this dealership is 2 hours from me, I didn't step foot in the business or see my car until I drove my car away. I trusted them from the minute Kurt picked up the phone and I am sure glad I did. I hope if you are reading this and your looking to purchase a car, you take my advice. The customer service was phenomenal and the professionalism was second to none. There is no doubt I will buy all my cars throughout my life with this business and recommend them to a friend. Buying a car can be a stressful experience they made it fun. Thanks again. read more

This is the stereotypical shady used car dealership. Save some grief and money and buy off Craigslist. My car died a couple years back and I needed a replacement to get back to work as quickly as possible. I ended up looking at a 2000 Camry here for $4.5k. Not a great price but on par with KBB. After a bunch of last-minute fees that came out nearer $5k. The shady little sales creep knew I was in a hurry and insisted on a down payment in order, he claimed, to move the car up in the repair queue. I stupidly bought the thing. None of the promised repairs were made, including the minor cosmetic stuff. And new problems quickly developed. The car burns oil badly and quickly developed a mystery rattle. That, it turns out, was because the engine was missing several mounting bolts. Additionally, the dealer had replaced the shocks and not bothered to realign the wheels. I discovered this when the front tires were scrubbed bald on the outer edge. Every time I had to fix or replace something I discovered some new sign of lazy work. Lug nuts so badly over-tightened that a lug snapped in removing them, for instance. The car hasn't died yet, and probably won't for years; it's a Camry. That said, I deeply regret paying what I did for it. The rodents working there should have been a clue. read more

I bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer and I must say the service was great. Zack was honest and genuine. I took the vehicle for a test drive and being an avid Jeep owner for the past 20 years and knowing the vehicles, I pointed out what I saw what was wrong with the vehicle and they dropped the price and fixed what was wrong before picking it up. A week later the Jeep was all set and ready to go. I would recommend this dealership to other people for sure. I'm very happy with the service. Keep it up, you guys make small dealerships look good. read more

They hired a new Sales Manager, Chris. He is the only person I buy cars from. He is knowledgeable, fair & very trustworthy!

Bought a beautifully-equipped Honda Pilot from NEAN in the summer. They were happy to let me take the car to my mechanic for a thorough inspection, and they took care of the issues that my mechanic observed. Honest folks, with no surprises along the way. They even delivered the Pilot to our house. Would definitely buy a car from them again. read more

Went to them to buy a car. I was shown a 2000 Honda Accord, which i liked. 3 of the people who worked there, including the sales manager, technician, and the owner told me that there was only one problem with the car, which was one of the struts needing replacement. I was allowed to take the car to my mechanic, where we both went through the car thoroughly and found a large list of problems with the vehicle, which included the need for 4 new tires (the tires were balder than a shaved head), there were important pieces to the vehicle that were held together with nothing but a few zip-ties. and several other decent sized fixes, along with many minor ones. When I returned the car after having it looked at, the owner told me how foolish I was to think that these were more than minor issues that would cost no more than $300, (even though tires themselves cost nearly $90 a piece, and questioned the skill of my mechanic (who is also my uncle, and has worked as a mechanic for years and has owned his own repair shop for 10 years) After some back-and-forth negotiating the owner dropped the price from $6000 to $4500 dollars. Which seems like a sweet deal but I had to ask myself a question, Why would someone who claims all of these issues with the car are small issues and can be fixed with only $300 dollars drop the price by $1500? These people are not trustworthy, or as thorough as they claim to be on their website. THIS PLACE SELLS CARES THAT ARE FRIGGEN ZIP-TIED TOGETHER!!!! THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, OR THEIR CUSTOMERS SAFETY. THE ONLY CARE ABOUT THE PROFIT THEY MAKE BUY SELLING PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND ME A LEMON OF A CAR! read more

I just purchased my second vehicle from New England Auto Network. My parents have also bought a vehicle from them in the recent past. I have to say that I couldn't be happier with the quality of my car, the mint condition, low mileage and cleanliness. Zack and Kurt were so helpful and great in every way. They took my old car I bought from them two years ago with a reasonable trade in. They did everything they said they would do and went above and beyond to make me happy with my purchase, the entire experience was pretty stress free. They helped me with finance options, got me approved for a loan and did all the paperwork and registration of my vehicle. Although we paid cash for the car in the end, they did all they could to be helpful every step of the way even waiting late evenings for me to get out of work and sign paperwork. I can't say enough about how great they've been to work with. It shows that they really care about providing the best service they can and they don't squeeze you for money- they are fair and the car is worth every penny. Thanks New England Auto Network! read more
