My son purchased a vehicle from them in early January and less than three weeks later the car broke down. Our Mechanic found SIGNIFICANT issues (including one very serious safety hazard) which were not shared by dealer. We had asked to bring the vehicle to our mechanic prior to purchase for him to inspect it but dealer said he didn't have any plates to put on vehicle for us to do that. (What dealer doesn't have dealer plates??!) Should have been a flag I know! But he assured us the car was in GREAT condition, soooo we trusted him. BIG MISTAKE! I reached out to them immediately after discovering issues and asked him to remedy the situation in good faith. Told him that we would even be willing to except a reduced amount on the refund so as to resolve it amicably. He immediately said NO and then proceeded to accuse us of 'breaking the car and making those issues (that were clearly there for a long while) ourselves in the 3 weeks we had it. Shame on me for not finding these other reviews before we bought it. He's done this very thing to many others and his attitude clearly demonstrated to me that he's got ZERO shame about it. This dealership is the poster child of 'sleazy car sales'.

There was no apology for their oversight on not confirming that they had the correct parts needed and no discount for my inconvenience for having to wait. I was a 1st time customer. The service for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation including tax was 105.97. As of right now, this place has five stars and nine reviews, an extremely high score. That's the…read morereason I drove forty minutes out of my way to get my car fixed here. I'm about to put a ding in that score. I went here over my usual guy because I'm a layman and thought maybe brakes required a special skillset. I wanted to get it done right. I brought it in and was told the brake pads- or whatever- are worn down and are pretty much just metal on metal, in the front wheels. The rear brakes aren't great but I could put those off for now. I was told it would cost $550, and that that would mostly be in parts. I grimaced and took the hit. A week later, my brakes aren't working so well. Something about air in the line, everyone tells me, because the pedal depresses almost entirely to the floor before I get any braking traction. I call the shop and describe it. The guy tells me that doesn't sound like air in the line at all, it sounds like the... something, I forget, and it'll need replacing and lots of work. At this point I start to see what's going on here. I say "I'll think about it" and hang up. I brought the car to my usual guy. He says Arc Garage did a crap job and didn't reconnect the hoses correctly and sprayed (something) on the (something), which I was made to believe was a bad move. He asked what they charged and I told him, and he said "Oh, you got ripped off so bad. Oh wow. That was a $200 job." He then told me the fix he'd just done was $50 and to come and get it. I won't be making this mistake again. Also, what the hell Yelp, please don't lead me astray like that.
