It feels like they are focused on finding small reasons to fail inspections and push minor repair fees. I will not be going back, and I'll be telling my family and friends to avoid this shop.

I felt there was a verbal agreement they would fix my car both times I brought it in. They could have at least told me the second time it was beyond their level of expertise. There was no sign on the door or at the counter about closing early or stopping inspections. I waited about 15 minutes before being told by the inspector that he wasn't doing any more inspections for the day because he was tired after being there since 8 a.m. He said he told the customer before me that he would be his last inspection -- but another customer wouldn't be responsible for telling me that, and he did not. If there's a cutoff time for inspections, it really needs to be clearly posted so people don't waste their time showing up well before closing and being turned away. Very poor customer service. I do wonder whether the owner or manager is aware of this decision to stop inspections early and the impact it has on customers.

Even if there is a wait, there's a small little waiting room or you're able to wait outside, if the weather is nice.
