Zero stars. Sat in drive through for over 15 minutes, had to repeat order 4 more times at the window to learn they never made it, then two female employees were rude and insulting. One claimed she was the shift manager, the other excused not doing their jobs because they were 18 years old. read more

Very hot day today. 7PM, this drive thru is stacked with customers. I see ad for New Mango Berry Mocktail Cosmo, with "Edible Lime Straw". Okay, let's give 'er a go! The straw is very thick, not sure what it is made with. After about ten minutes, it began breaking in pieces. I chickened-out, did not eat the straw LOL The Mocktail Cosmo? Just got a door dash order from here and the order was very disappointing. I ordered bacon quesadilla and the bacon in the quesadilla was literally once single miserable piece of bacon. Nice little place staf was friendly enough. Food was tasty but they forgot to put bacon on the chicken bacon ranch Flatbread. Kids got a Smoky grilled cheese sandwich they liked it but said it had some spice to it. Not to bad for a quick snack. Delicious bahama mama smoothie at lunch today with the buffalo chicken wrap & chips. I appreciate they decrease cost of smoothie if you buy a sandwich/wrap. Everything was amazing. My only complaint and a big one for me, was they can't give out cups of water to have if you eat there bc of cup shortages. You have a buy a bottle of water, which I wasn't inclined after spending $14. I waited ten minutes in the drive through line for no one to take my money and give me my drink. There was no one else at the store except for one other lady in front of me. When it was my turn to be at the window I sat there for another five minutes for no one to come to window and take my money. One of the workers look me dead in my eyes and just walked past. This location is so disappointing. I love the food but the service here is TERRIBLE. Its always an abnormally long wait for smoothies and sandwiches but today was extra bad. I pulled up with one car waiting to pay, already done ordering and waited 15 minutes behind this person. I finally pull up and the girl walks away and Im just stuck there with no one coming to take my payment. Finally a different girl walks up and asks me "what I need" and I say my food?? Let me start by saying I usually love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I have tried to give this location so many chances but unfortunately I am disappointed every time. 4 out of 5 times they mess my order up. I always order drive through. I don't order anything special or swap ingredients. Just straight from the menu. Chipotle chicken club flatbread and a chia banana boost with strawberries. Either the sandwich is missing and ingredient or the chicken is gritty, or my smoothie is completely wrong and missing ingredients. I don't mind paying $7 for a smoothie but when it's correct. I have not gone in to correct the order because like I said I tried to give them a chance, but now I am currently 8 months pregnant and was really just craving the right smoothie. I finally went in to correct. They fixed it no problem but it smelt horrible and was very grimy. To the owners, I hope you read these reviews and take the feedback. I don't want you to go out of business because I really do love TSC but this location really needs some help. read more

Okay so I absolutely LOVE this place most of the time. I went the other day like usual but had a completely different experience. I ordered my smoothie, went to the window and the teenage blond boy is talking to me while chewing a straw.. Um.. NASTY and unsanitary. Touched it with his hands and still handed me my smoothie. I drove off and then took a sip of my smoothie it didn't taste the same so I looked at the label and it's the wrong smoothie so then I had to go inside and get the right one which is fine because mistakes happen I'm not mad at that. But chewing on a straw while talking to costumers is disgusting and just shows how much you don't care. read more

The food is so good and the people are usually super nice but why do i have to wait 20+ minutes to get my food every time? There is no one else in line. These have got to be the hardest working people in Rockwall. With everything made to order, line wrapped around the parking lot and a line in the lobby, everyone Is still in a good mood, helping customers, smiling and frantically getting food out to people, even taking time to answer questions. Finally a place with smoothies that are actually healthy and not full of extra garbage. You do have to ask them to hold the sugar but they do it and it tastes great. Very good! Tried this place out for the first time. I went to the drive thru and bought a watermelon mojito smoothie and it was delicious! The drink comes in a large cup and the portion was great!
