I'd probably try and get a reservation if you are trying to get here during prime hours. Service was great. Seemed to have a good team atmosphere with waiters helping cover each others tables. Food came out quickly. They gave me the wrong side, but before I could even ask my waiter, they apologized and brought out the right one. So kudos for noticing it and fixing it. Good was very good! I had the steak Frites with the Brussel sprouts. Everything was cooked well and tasted great! Overall, good vibe, good location, good food. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

I asked for a splash of cranberry juice. That's it. The easy solution would have been to hold back a little OJ and add a splash of cranberry. Instead, I was told I would need to purchase a separate cranberry drink or pay full price for the mimosa. For a splash of juice? Wow. That's unfortunate, because so much of the experience was actually great. Our server, Ashlyn, was really good, super friendly, attentive, and consistently checked on us. The decor was beautiful, and the food delivered. The birria tacos were delicious. The tortilla was lightly sautéed, the portion of meat was generous, and the consommé was nicely seasoned. The chicken nachos were also really good, with just the right amount of guacamole, sour cream, and pico. I would absolutely have returned with friends based on the food, atmosphere, and service. But customer service is also about the little things. I've made this same simple request at every order of mimosa at any restaurants and have never experienced that level of resistance. I understand having standards and policies, but there should also be room for common sense and customer consideration. When the request is this small and the accommodation is this easy, saying "yes" goes a long way. 360 had a real opportunity to turn a good experience into a great one. Instead, the mimosa policy left a sour taste that the food couldn't quite overcome.

Today I finally ate off the lunch menu and was not disappointed! I got the California Wrap ($12) which is massive! Should have split it. Burrito sized tortilla stuffed with grilled chicken, avocado, lettuce tomato & bacon (I asked for no mayo). Portion of fries was huge and they were good. Crunchy on outside, soft in middle. My Mom got the Turkey Bacon Club & Fries which was also massive!! We brought more than half our meal home. Will share next time. My only two wishes for improvements (and reason for removing 1 star) - need a homemade ranch & decaf coffee. If can't do homemade ranch, switch to a better one than what's currently being used. Love this family owned small business! You will not be disappointed if you want good casual food for a good price! I look forward to trying the newer location off NE Green Oaks & Collins (where Al's used to be) sometime soon.

I like the booths by the windows, allowed us to see outside during our meal. The breakfast menu has LOTS of options, so it may take you a minute to find what you want. I picked the 4x2 which comes with 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage and 2 pancakes. I asked if I could opt for a waffle instead and the waitress said I could but there would be a unchanged for it...she thought $2-3...no problem. As she delivered our food, she advised the charge is actually $5. I'm expecting a good waffle for the price increase....and I was completely disappointed when she brings out what looks like a thin, non-belgium waffle (even though the menu said it was a belgium waffle...) you'd get from another place that serves waffles and has waffle in its name and gets a bad rep for attracting some wild characters. Not knocking that other place, I like their food and you know what you are getting. I digress...but my mention of that "other place" can be tied back to this place in that the food quality is about the same, except here my meal (2 plates) cost $40 and would have been about $20 at the other place. For what its worth, my eggs were cold and the bacon was waaaaay overdone. Not crispy, rather it was burned by grease and old bacon scraps. With the number of breakfast places in the Keller/Alliance area (including that other place..lol), I think I'll pass on this spot. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

Once again, this was a wonderful Yelp event. Kendall and Postino's, thank you very much…read more We chose to visit around the time of opening. After noon, you can expect the crowd to significantly increase and it will become busy. We ran into that, towards the end of our visit. With the increase in traffic, it was nice to be tended by more than one waiter. I didn't think about it then, but I would have loved to tip the second person, as well. When going to Postino's, I always try to get something new and they never fail to impress. Drink: The Mockingbird (Mocktail) - bright pineapple, a touch of Italian orange, and toasted almond bitters. This was very good and is something I'd get again. The Board: Brie, Apple & Fig Spread - this is a repeat for me, I absolutely love it. The apples are always fresh, crisp, and juicy. This is so perfect! Prosciutto Di Parma, Fig & Mascarpone - another repeat, I can't go to Postino's without having this on my board. Mushroom & Mascarpone - If you're a lover of mushrooms, you'll enjoy these little bites. I did notice, we did not get the green onions this time around and I was okay with that. They were removed, due to the current outbreak. Great thinking, Postino's! Salami & Pesto - This always closes the board for me, I love this combination. Although, I will add, I think a different type of salami would work best with this combination. West Coaster Panini - (Smoked ham, smashed avocado, arugula, roasted garlic aioli, pickled red onion, Calabrian chili, feta cheese. For my side, I chose the tomato soup, my goodness, was it good. I must say, it is the best tomato soup, I've ever had. It was creamy, packed with flavor, and complimented my panini so well. Also, they add cheese tortellinis to the soup as well. So, good! This was very delicious, the ham stood out and wasn't muted. However, I think I will get another bread next time. I chose the focaccia, it was a bit too much bread for that particular sandwich. I will admit, it doesn't beat their prosciutto and brie panini; that sandwich is divine. Hot Donut Dots - (House made ricotta donut holes with salted butter chocolate, caramel and vanilla glaze dipping sauces.) These are superb and packs a lot in one bite. The cream in the middle is so smooth and full of flavor, but is very heavy. I'm not a cookies and milk person, but this dessert craves a tall glass of milk. They were hot, fresh, and I appreciate the fact that even when fried, they were not swimming in grease. The vanilla dipping sauce was my go-to, of the three sauces. They did well with this dessert, it hit all of the bases. Postino's is a great place to visit with friends, a date, or even as a solo-day/night out. They are one of my top 5 restaurants and I don't see that changing, ever!

As soon as I sat down, the bartender promptly provided me with the menu. Unfortunately, service was inconsistent. Although she had passed me several times, the bartender failed to take my beverage and food order. Eventually, she realized I had nothing to drink nor eat. She asked if I was ready to order in the manner as I had been asked that question already. When I ordered the Italian Beef Dip, I went with the ciabatta over the focaccia as it was recommended by the bartender. The customer near me strongly agreed. Once I dipped the sandwich in the au jus, I understood their recommendations. The bread held well after it was dipped; the focaccia may not have done as well. Because the au jus was very salty, I ended the majority of the sandwich without it. On the way to the restroom, I noticed a large puddle down the hall. The small group of waitresses nearby were too busy chitchatting to notice. After a couple of attempts, I was successful in informing one of them.

Great veggie skillet and a budget-friendly breakfast…read more I stopped by Starwood Café while I was in Westlake and was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was bright, cute, and cozy, and the staff was very attentive. I ordered the veggie skillet with my eggs over well and a side of fruit. The skillet came loaded with mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes, and spinach over hash browns. I don't eat the yolk, but I still prefer the way over-well eggs are prepared. The fruit bowl was also a nice addition and included pineapple, honeydew, cantaloupe, and grapes. At first, I thought the skillet needed a little more seasoning for my taste, but after adding some salt, it was actually really good! I also appreciated that they brought plenty of condiments to the table. The biggest surprise was the price. The veggie skillet was only $12, which I thought was a great value for the portion and amount of vegetables. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would definitely stop by again when I'm in the area. Absolutely zero refills while we waited for almost 40 minutes for food after ordering. We didn't send it back because we had things to do and couldn't WASTE another hour waiting. I believe their menu is too large for the kitchen to execute with any quality.
