I used to tell everyone about TSC, good amount of healthy food for a reasonable price.. never again. The last couple years the servings have gone down with the quality. I was already going to make this complaint due to my last couple of visits but i decided I'll just ask if they can add more to the wrap and she said she would add more lettuce for me. I was already very uncomfortable having to ask and the moment i did the manager who took my orders whole demeanor changed and she educated me on the portions and assured me it would be made to my liking however i got back in my truck looked at the wrap and just cried bc of the lack of lettuce and chicken and half of it was already disintegrating from the abundance of Buffalo sauce. i hate confrontation and really just wanted a refund. Feeling confrontational atp i decided to just eat it and take pictures. You tell me if this looks like extra lettuce.. she charged me for extra chicken.. doesn't look like extra chicken either. I feel robbed and embarrassed that I even gave them another chance. Initially it's was a corporate issue but now it's an issue with the manager that okayed this order coming out to me. 0/10. I won't be coming back and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. read more

Placed an order for online pickup; got there around 10 minutes early so I waited inside. I was not greeted or asked anything as I sat and wait. This was my first time inside, so I assumed someone would ask me if I was the pickup order, so I waited until the time that my app said my food was ready, went up to the counter and the 2 workers were so trashy and rude, and brought me to my order hidden toward the back in cubbies, which was sitting there before I even got there. The app doesn't say that my order was ready, nor did the workers decide to ask me if it was mine. read more

I love this location, but unfortunately today my experience was not okay. I had asked for an açaí bowl so I can eat it at work, but when I open up my bowl at work it had peanut butter in it?? I eat from tropical smoothie cafe and I know that peanut butter doesn't come with the basic açaí bowl. This is dangerous, luckily I am not allergic to peanut butter but I definitely didn't want peanut butter in my bowl all in general. I wanted to start off by stating how DEEPLY OFFENDED I am for seeing a 2.5 overall review for this location on Yelp. I have ordered from this Tropical Smoothie cafe nearly 10 times and they have NEVER failed or disappointed me. CJ takes care of me most definitely!!! The food is absolutely fresh and delicious, displayed clean/neat, and you just taste and see the effort they do. I wish everyone could see and taste the difference. I know I've just been getting the food delivered so far, but hands down the customer service is PHENOMENAL and I haven't even been there physically. read more

Ordered smoothies in person with family. Didn't acknowledge us u til 2-3 min standing there. Ordered our smoothies. They input automatic 15% tip...I adjusted to 10%. They don't wear gloves (not sure if that's a rule or not but seems more sanitary. Taste is just ok. Plastic straws are so cheap they break when trying to get them out of the wrapper. First time at this establishment. Going in I thought it was just going to be a smoothie joint, but ended up getting the avocado grilled cheese which was delicious. You really need to check this place out as they have some good looking menu items and the prices are reasonable. On a sidenote I had the peanut butter cup smoothie and it was really good. I ordered the Mango Magic smoothie and it might have been one of the worst smoothies I have had. It was nearly impossible to drink because it was so horribly blended. Huge chunks of fruit and ice that could not fit through the straw. Every sip would get stuck I finally gave up threw the drink away. Sad to say I don't think I will be a return customer. read more

Went through the drive thru for 2 smoothies. It took forever for my order to be taken and to receive (there was no one in line). Both smoothies taste watered down and have hardly any fruit flavor. Extremely disappointed with a tropical smoothie location. read more

After events of today I will never go back. I ordered lunch through your app at 11:30am, and I opted for delivery. That was the biggest mistake ever. For an order that should have been delivered at 12:08pm, I didn't get it until 12:53pm. Evidently you use DoorDash for deliveries. I had to add things to my order to even reach the $12 delivery requirement, which then has tax and delivery fee, and then a tip. So I paid over $20 for my order. I was alerted that the driver was on the way for them to drop the order and another driver had to be found. My smoothie melted long before I got it and food was cold. I tried calling the Roanoke, TX location where the phone does not ring thru to the location and no option to leave a message. I stopped by after work to talk to the manager, basically it's not their fault as door dash has the wrong address for them. So I get penalized and am lucky to get the food at all. They can't issue a refund even though I ordered through them, I would need to take it up with door dash. I didn't pay door dash, I paid tropical smoothie cafe. And the manager would rather lose a customer than try to make it right. read more
