This was the worst smoothie I have ever had. It had consistency of a smoothie but no flavor at all and it was supposed to be 5 flavors and it had none at all. not even sure how they did this - it's amazing but I take comfort in that I will never have a worse smoothie. This is my go to for a good smoothie. People work g here has always been very nice and helpful. I normally get nothing but a smoothie after working out at the gym. The other day I stopped to get a bike to eat and the chicken bacon ranch was better than I expected. It's a small place but never very busy that I have seen so you can go in and sit down. I mostly order online and then pick up. I really enjoy this place. It's a good size menu to choose from also. Good place to stop for a smoothie. read more

Food is getting worse, but the problem is the service. Been visiting here for over 3 years. It is going downhill fast. Run by teenagers who are rude, disrespectful and slow. Every time I come here for a smoothie (after a workout) i regret it! The staff is young and unprofessional! This particular time, not much different than the four other times: I waited for 5 mins just to order while three people were waiting on theirs... when the cashier finally acknowledged that i was waiting (after laughing and cursing in the back while the one female worker was doing all of the work), he just looked at me and lifted his eyebrows! There was this one time a year ago where me and some others were studying for an exam for the biology class. It was around 6 we got some smoothies and hey were good (yes you can make your own but for a place dedicated to making smoothies this is a good place) we studied for around 2-3 hours and the workers were cool with it. read more

Denied service 30 minutes before closing. would give them 0 stars if I could always rude but kept coming back bc smoothies . Decided to go back to my car and place an online order and waited 20 minutes before closing to come back in. My husband pointed at the order screen and asked if they had made our order. They continued to argue about not making the smoothies. Then when they (two teenaged boys) decided to make our smoothies they talk about how they sprayed the blenders down with bleach. DID NOT wipe the blender out before making the smoothies. "Manager" and another worker left before we went back in for the second time. Looooove this place! The guy that helped our group was very nice and answered all questions while giving suggestions! I got the Thai Chicken Wrap with the veggie chicken. The veggie chicken was cooked well, but it was just a little spicier than I thought it would be. I also added the Chia Banana Boost smoothie for only $3. It was so good, I would 100% get it again! This was an unexpectedly poor experience. One young server. Three separate Black customers. Three rude interactions with the same young server. She slammed the chips down in front on one lady and turned her back on her. She asked my name and then walked away from me without giving me my order (which it turns out was ready). My online ordered wasn't prepared when I arrived. I had to wait an extra 15 mins for food and smoothie to be prepped. The food and smoothie actually made me sick -- very sick. I'm not sure if the food was mishandled by being cooked in the microwave or the fruit from the smoothie wasn't properly stored but something wasn't right. I don't think my thoughts on this place are specifically about just this location - i think it just may be the chain in general. Service was nice enough, not super friendly or super rude so no complaints there! The store was fairly clean from what I could see. I ordered a kids meal and got a ham and cheese rollup (wrap? i don't remember the exact name) and a kids size smoothie. The girl that brought out my smoothie kind of giggled when she handed it to me since it was so small and i'm not a tiny kid! haha! The rollup - I get it - is meant for a kid - so maybe I shouldn't judge but dang, it was the most bland ham and cheese wrap I've ever had. From where I was standing I could see into the kitchen and honestly, if I had seen in there from the beginning, I may not have ordered. I'm a little weird when I can see into kitchens - like I'm peering behind a curtain of mystery. From what I could see, the kitchen is tiny and the wrap station is so small and just has a microwave (or something like a microwave). I'm not a fan of microwaves, I know that's how some restaurants work, and maybe it wasn't an actual microwave, but I would rather go somewhere where my food is cooked or heated on a stove/oven/cooktop. Again- it may just be my weirdness with germs/microwaves/etc but this just doesn't seem like a place that I'd like to visit again. read more

I usually come here because it's closer to town than the other location in prattville, but the memorial drive location is so much better than this one. I came at lunch time and only 2 girls were working. The one in the back appeared to be working very hard, but the one at the register was not working hard at all and had a horrible attitude. She was rolling her eyes, ignoring customers, and being rude to customers. I was waiting on my receipt and she literally picked up her hand and waved it for me to move over because I was in the way, but I was waiting on my receipt. Her name was Marissa (if that matters.) An older lady couldn't remember what the name of a smoothie was and after describing it to the girl at the register, the girl rolled her eyes and sighed and turned around and proceeded to just point at the menu. She was rude when I ordered as well. I asked for a chia banana smoothie and she said "which one?" And I told her "peanut butter" and she goes "no, which one? The boost?" She had poor customer service skills. She went back and made my smoothies very slowly. I finally got them and left. My smoothie cup wasn't even filled up all the way. Don't recommend!!
