I have had both their stewed chicken in brown sauce and the jerk chicken, both of which were excellent. For an American palette, I think they need to remove the bones from the stewed chicken, but A+ for authenticity. If you ask for hot sauce, they will give you some "homemade sauce", which I would call a Scotch Bonnet relish, not sweet. It is great, but pretty chunky for being called a sauce. It has that great spicy sweet heat of the scotch bonnet pepper, and is a great compliment to collards.
