Asked for extra ginger . Seem like I got none at all . I think I'm just going to invest in a blender and some fruit at this point .

At a loss! Who owns/manages this location? There's clearly no direction or oversight of staff on a daily basis. Everyone is on their phones and taking their time. I waited 10 minutes for my smoothie and I was their only customer today around 8:15am and the order was still wrong. It tasted like powder. I often go to pepper tree or Zelda to avoid dealing with this location although it's the closest to my office. This place needs new management, someone present. read more

I have tried repeatedly to give this establishment an opportunity to improve on the quality and attention to details in filling the orders-- to no avail. The issues continue and are seemingly getting worse. That's sad since they have good smoothies and food when fulfilled accurately and adequately at customers' request. Today's customer experience has been no better than previous ones. This morning the Delivery option was great! However, I received an incorrect item. Ordered corn and unsure what I was given???? And the BLT quesadilla does not taste fresh-- under cooked under heated with barely any bacon on it. Just a few undercooked bacon crumbs. As usual with their quesadillas (very little requested mea for the price), a couple slices didn't even have any bacon crumbs. Also, the app did not allow use of the $1 off deliver promo code. Poor quality, quantity and inaccurate filling of orders leads to dissatisfied customers! read more

Ordered a smoothie online, which i asked for no strawberries since I am allergic and they still put strawberries in my smoothie I contacted the location via the app no response. I am highly upset because this could have ended bad if I didn't notice there were strawberries. No one from corporate or the location responded to me 0/10 will no longer be getting my service. read more

Typically don't do reviews, but as a once regular customer of this particular tropical smoothie (6600 Atlanta Hwy Montgomery, AL 36117), constantly having your order wrong plus with certain rude staff members, I will not frequent this particular establishment ever again. read more

Terrible!!! The employees were rude and on their phones the entire time!!! I only saw two employees out of 7 making something. There was a guy 5 people in front of me and the people after him got theirs first before his!!! read more

Very pleasant and helpful staff! It's a small store that serves up a variety of smoothies and "real food" too. Wraps and sandwiches can be served as a combo meal with your choice of chips, cookie or fruit. Beyond meat, a chicken alternative, is also available upon request. I personal feel the hummus wrap is so hearty, no TVP is needed, but the more vegetarian options the better! read more

I ordered a wrap and chips. Although all the extras were listed my order was completely wrong even down to the chips I chose. I was extremely disappointed and the quality of the food could have been better. I would never order from here again. read more

I had a very unpleasant experience when entering Tropical Smoothie (2790 Legends Parkway Prattville, AL). It's disturbing to enter a restaurant to find a group of the employees gambling (craps) in the middle of the restaurant in plain sight of the public and cursing. I am glad I did not have my children with me to witness such a disgrace. read more

I come here at least several times a week or month to get a smoothie. Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with the management properly communicating in-store policies and promotions with employees, which is unacceptable. read more

Never disappointed with tropical smoothie... they always have some music playing and smiling faces :) they know me and my husband on a first name basis and that really shows how much they appreciate their customers!!! We LOVE you TS!! We visit tropical smoothie about 3-4 times a month and we really enjoy the environment and hospitality of the folks that work there! Thanks :) read more

Pretty good and "healthy" food. Excellent smoothies, though somewhat pricy. Favorite dish: Hummus Veggie Wrap Reason for 2 stars: poor service trumps decent food every time. Been on 3 visits in the last week between the hours of 5 and 9 pm. Only 1 person working EVERY time. Once I even left before ordering because after 5 min of standing in line I discovered the guy who looked like he was waiting in a meal haven't even been helped yet. There's no reason to not have at least 2 people working during regular eating hours - period. Not sure when I'll be back, it's just unreasonable in my opinion. Several of my friends have apparently had the same experience with lack of personnel... read more

YIKES. This is a dreadful Tropical Smoothie location. My husband and I dropped in to get a couple of smoothies while we were traveling, and we were met with an unfriendly woman who looked like she'd rather not have us there. The eating area was dirty, as were the bathrooms. The men's bathroom didn't have paper towels. Our smoothies turned out fine--we got the chocolate chiller and the island green--but we wouldn't return to this location because of its unclean condition. read more

I've taken the kids on two separate occasions to this establishment to get smoothies. The same young lady has been the cashier both times and while she was not very friendly, she wasn't rude either. My only gripes were in the length of time to make the smoothie and its cost but, WOW the taste is AMAZING! I've had the Island smoothie and the Green ? while the children have had the strawberry-banana and the strawberry lemonade smoothies. All four were great. This place will be a treat for us due to the price. Once a week after practice or something. But we'll definitely be returning. EDIT: Had to lower rating; they scored an 88 on their health rating. (5/19/14) Something about storing personal drinks in off limit areas, kitchen floor not clean, temp on some food. Will go back in Aug to see if it gets better. read more

I've been searching for a better smoothie place than Smoothie King and I found it back during the Spring. Since my dad worked next door, I went here everyday after school/track practice to do homework and get something to eat. Everyone was really nice and friendly, and their smoothies are the bomb. I also love their flatbreads and sandwiches. If you go there I recommend: Smoothie: Pomegranate Plunge Flatbread: King Caesar Toasted Sandwich: Turkey Bacon Ranch I promise you won't be sorry. :) read more

They have continuously gotten my order wrong. I work at the hospital so I can't just go back and get it fixed. Several times I've had to just throw my food away. $12 down the drain. They need to step up their game read more

Update to my last review: they finally use the smartphone app, but you can't order ahead with it at this location. You can only use it to pay and get reward points. That being said, they changed from their previous reward system-Belly. I guess my points are just gone now? Bad news: they no longer have tacos on the menu! read more

Went for smoothie this afternoon; very disappointed, extremely rude worker who charged a man an EXTRA 55¢ for messing up his order. Gave us all attitude, and the smoothie was bland. Sad day :( Just wanted a smoothie and not attitude read more

Horrible service you have 3 employees two working the other one in the back eating chips on their phone while myself and another customer waited over five min for or order to be taken when I finally got my food it was thrown together there was no sense of urgency and a lack of management I had better service the last time I went when there was only one guy working read more

Opening a new location in the Montgomery/Prattville area. I was looking for a better choice of eating other than the typical fast food. My 1st time ever having Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The food and smoothies are great! The customer service is by far the worst I've had in this area. My 1st visit, the young lady was wearing an AirPod listening to music. The 2nd visit two young ladies were gossiping about a customer who had just left. The personal conversations were inappropriate in the presence of a customer. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my smoothie today. The people were kind and they wrote onto the cup the order plus all of the add-ons. This is the first location I've seen do that and I think it helps. I had a sufficient amount of everything and the flavor was bright. Customer service was good and the interior was clean. read more

I'm addicted to avocolada add coconut.... The salad is amazing. And the club. Love this place!! Free sunshine smoothie June 16th!!

I have been at this location twice in the past month. My order was taken both times by a cashier named Charity. She is extremely unfriendly and unapproachable. I asked her to smile and got nothing. Very very rude to every customer that comes in. It's a shame because I love your smoothies but if you employ unfriendly, rude cashiers... It makes me not want to return. read more

Slow service, waiting 15 to 20 minutes for a smoothie and im the only customer. This has happened several times
