The staff were very welcoming and informative. As the adults, we were unfamiliar with how this type of set up worked, and our cashier was very patient and ready to help us as much as they could. We all ended up loving our drinks! We got a brown sugar milk tea, a Thai green milk tea, and a passion fruit strawberry drink with passion fruit popping boba. It was all delicious! We also got some Vietnamese egg rolls that were fried fresh, hot and crispy. The inside of the shop was so cute and inviting. It had nice seating options. So if you want more privacy, or to be sat with everyone else, you easily can be. With different kind of seats too. They provided board games, that were entertaining for all of us. We really enjoyed ourselves, and when the staff saw that we wore masks, they made sure to mask before coming up to us. Which was very considerate and much appreciated. We've had multiple orders be incorrect, including today's online order being the wrong meats on both of our breakfast sandwiches; Our last to go order was incorrect as well. Our coffees are always inconsistent & extremely sweet so we just order food now. Additionally, each time we dine in, tables are limited & dirty, but the worst thing is, is that there isn't enough utensils - we've gotten our order and there isn't clean forks or spoons, and if there are, they are dirty. Quality control and checks on orders and diners is not being conducted and it shows. There is clearly a love for this restaurant from the community, but things need to change if they want to thrive. I'd stop adding specials to your menu and make sure your regular menu items are being prepared correctly along with the needs of the diners. I remember getting 6-8 dishes before, and this time we only got 4. The kimchi was quite good, but the rest was pretty boring. We were offered refills, so I'm not saying they're stingy. The menu seems very limited. Maybe this was a lunch thing? But I saw the same menu posted on the walls in the booths. No beef bulgogi? No fried chicken? No tteokbokki?! We both got the dol sot bibimbap, which was maybe the best iteration of that dish that we have had outside of Korea, so I think that is an improvement, but we felt like there wasn't much on the menu for us other than that dish. When we want to have that again, we will gladly come back. I just wish there was more variety. The service was extremely friendly. I have no complaints there, and I'm thankful for the welcoming atmosphere.
