Bahama Mama Bowl was delicious. A bit expensive for me, but I love the deals I've been able to find and I always try to take up those offers. They have messed up my order a time or two though. When I ordered a cookie, they told me they were out of the type I ordered through the app, etc. read more

i showed up because my smoothie tasted weird and i asked to remake or get another smoothie and the employee was rude talking back and said i'd have to repurchase and just walked away. Also when I came in a day ago, I wanted to redeem my points for a free smoothie and I showed it to him and the guy just responded with "ok, what do you want me to do about it" like what !!! customer service for sure needs to be improved!!! rude manager!! never going back. read more

Tried it for the first time because of the TMobile free offer. I ended up ordering their mix berry yogurt and chicken quesadilla. Ordered online and when I came to pickup it was ready on time. However, there are so many pickup orders and you have to go through each of the names which are not easily identifiable. As for the quesadilla, nothing special. Wish that they have a larger dipping sauce. You can order them with premium sides or chips or fruit. What is interesting is that the prices of the premium sides is MORE expensive than if you order the same sides individually. I just chose a free banana. As for the yogurt, I was disappointed with the size that costed $11. It's a good thing that that is the one that's free. read more

I had a TERRIBLE experience as a first time customer and will never be coming back. Liquid (from the bathroom) was leaking ALL over the entire floor, almost flooding the ENTIRE dining room. The employees were screaming off the top of their lungs that this was "sh*t water", that this was the "worst day ever" and more very unprofessional things, as one of the employees clocked out and wished the rest of the good luck. Briana (working the cash register) had TERRIBLE customer service skills and was extremely rude to every customer who came in. Your guys' plumbing issues are NOT the customers' faults. Do better, seriously. read more

Service was horrible. Female ringing me up did not understand that I wanted to redeem my free t-mobile tuesday smoothie. Rang me up twice, once with food including a tip, the other time with just the smoothie, & still couldn't get it right. At the end, I got shorted on my refund. Didn't even bother going back the 4th time read more

So far so good. Decided to give this area a try. I'm so used to Jamba Juice but, i'm starting to like it here better. Service is fast and drink sizes are only in one size (large) and their consistency of the drinks is very creamy smooth texture. Drinks i craved was the Mango Monsoon and i ordered a pesto flat bread soooooooo good and full filling read more

Costumer service is really good i don't understand the other reviews! everyone is joyful and whimsy! they always play good music. shoutout to Ivanna and Haayllee they are the best and always seem happy to be here and they make damn good smoothies.( i recommend the açaí berry boost) read more

My husband was choking and we needed to find water. We came in and asked for a cup of water. I told the teenager.. we are buying a drink also. We just need water. She slowly started ringing up a cup of water for $1.50. I said, "seriously, he's choking." No response. Didn't care We ordered a Bev and she certainly took time to show us the tip screen. Someone needs to instruct their front of house on how to respond to people who are in distress. I'd be writing a different review right now. To that worker.. what is wrong with you!!! I'd never recommend anyone go here. read more

Love it! When I pulled up the location to leave my review, I was very surprised by the low rating. It's my first time, and I had a kiwi quencher alongside a PB crunch flatbread. Really, really loved them both! The service leaves something to be desired. The employee working the counter didn't seem to care much at all about "customer service", and when our food was ready, she literally threw it on the counter, called my name and walked away. Service aside, I really loved both my food and drink. The smoothie was a perfect consistency, and I feel like there was a perfect amount of everything in my flatbread. Will definitely be back. Might try a different location because of the customer service, but aside from that, the products themselves were great. read more

I came at night it was very packed. I understand there was only 2 girls working and they needed help, but their workflow does not make sense. People that came in after me got their orders before me. I had to go up to the counter to remind them that I was still waiting on my drinks. I'm very patient and I never complain this is my first review ever. I waited 30 minutes exactly for my drinks to come out. Just 2. While others came and went. I was going to get a refund but at that point 30 mins of waiting for no drinks would be a waste of time. Will not be coming back, this location needs more workers and the workers that are working need to step it up. I've worked fast food, restaurants, etc, so I know they can be running better than this. Not efficient. read more

Horrible customer service from 2 Hispanic female one of them is pregnant. No greeting at the door they just looked at me and continued to do whatever that was interesting to them. Afterwards the pregnant female walks up to the register and ask what do I what?. I just walked out. Horrible customer service. No greeting. No smile. No friendly gestures. read more

Staff will get you in and out, nothing special about the service here. As someone noted the music is loud, but it didn't bother me. They play early 2000's and modern music. The food is what made me review. I ordered an açaí bowl without the banana and coconut and I have never been more disappointed. The açaí was frozen and hardly filled half of the bowl. Most of the bowl was toppings and even then, the granola was full chunks. It looks like it was just hand crushed. The strawberries and blueberries were fresh. All the toppings were doused in honey which ruined the flavor. I ended up throwing it away, and with that, $10 for a half full, overly sweetened, frozen açaí bowl. read more

Tropical Smoothie as a brand is delicious and delightful. However, the employees of this location do not hold it to that standard. The workers were on their phones while taking my order. The store does not feel welcoming. My order has been wrong twice. This last time I paid extra for nutella and had to leave in a rush. When I got home there was barely any açaí, few berries, and NO Nutella. read more

The people were super nice. We ordered two wraps for lunch to go and they were delicious! The dining area was clean and bright.

Chia oatmeal with extra honey drizzle is soooooooooo addicting. Bahama smoothie with a strawberry straw is also wild. There used to be a smoothie chain I enjoyed at various malls in middle school in the early 2000's and I swear their bahama smoothie add blueberries and xtra coconut and it's like a blast from the past Love this place!!!! Fruity indulgence read more

I stopped in with my daughter today around 2:20pm There were about 3 people ahead of us, no one at the register. The music was so loud. Finally after about a minute a very soft spoken girl comes from the back and takes our order. She was polite. We wait about 5 minutes to get our drinks / food. I got the peanut butter cup a kids smoothie and an açaí berry boost and 1 super green Cesar wrap. I start drinking my smoothie and the flavor is good. But the texture was really hard to get through the straw. I'm thinking once it melts a little more it will be ok.... No I get to the bottom of my drink to find soooooo much ice. Very disappointed as I broke my fast with this and it was so not worth it. read more

Avoid this place at all cost. We walked in there tonight at 6:30pm. No one acknowledged us. There's 2 Hispanic girls in the back . The short one with the hair bun then full blasts Mexican music really loud . Both girls are laughing shooting the breeze for 10 minutes. One of them finally takes our order . After that , her Hispanic boyfriend was waiting and she comes out of the kitchen . He touches her private and they began making out for 5 minutes . They had no shame . They were doing this right next to the customers! The only one working in the back was the young blond girl . What an experience. read more

I'm officially done giving Tropical Smoothie Cafe the benefit of the doubt. I don't like their smoothies, they don't have much flavor I think they use too much ice, their açaí bowls are frozen solid but my main complaint is I've place many orders where I got the wrong order or a custom order that the restaurant didn't follow the directions. I always get my orders to go and eat them at work so I don't catch the mistake in the restaurant. I've sent Tropical Smoothie Cafe several communications through their website about receiving the wrong order or my custom order being completely wrong sharing with them my order number along with a description of what was wrong as well as pictures and not once have they gotten back to me. I'm looking for a discount or free times but getting at least an email acknowledging that I reached out to them would be nice. This is the same attitude you get from their employees in store, when ever I'm in the store placing an order it feels more like I'm in their way and they don't want me there. Sometimes I'll be waiting to even be greeted while the employees are just standing around avoiding eye contact while they're visibly not working It's a very disappointing experience. Thankfully There are many smoothie joints around the area with friendly employees, much better tasting smoothies and aciai bowls that aren't frozen solid. Do yourself a favor and check out one of the better smoothie Joints in the area read more

I don't know why I put myself through misery again but I decided to give this place another chance. The problem is that they have great food and smoothies but the service is horrible. They need real managers with real management experience because the ones they hire are a joke. Two incidents: I ordered online and my food wasn't ready. The manager was sitting on the floor behind the counter counting money. She said that she would start my food when she was done counting. I was appalled and she took about 10 minutes to finish. I let her know how unhappy I was. Second incident today: I ordered online and was standing at the counter waiting. I saw the girl preparing food reach into her pocket to answer her phone. She put it back in her pocket and proceeded to finish preparing the sandwich. I told her about what she did. She said okay but the manager never said a word. The manager kept taking orders. I looked her in the face and told her specifically what just happened and that it was disgusting. She said I'm sorry but never looked at me or even addressed the situation. I canceled my order and requested a refund. Unbelievable! Why should they be allowed to handle their phones while preparing food? You have got to be kidding!! read more

Came in to grab a smoothie 3/7/24 around 5:15pm About 6 -7 employees and not one of them acknowledged or greeted. waited about 10 mins and no-one was available to take my order so I walked out. two people where in the front . a lady was mopping around me and talking on the phone another lady was on the side stocking chips and the rest of the people in the back talking . Never have I been to a tropical smoothie cafe with poor service. should have read the reviews before stopping by looks like it's a constant problem at that location. never coming back again . Management needs to do something about it before they start losing business. read more

We were looking for an alternative to the usual places. Being vegan limits the options, they did not have any alternatives to yogurt. No coconut milk, no oat milk. We were able to get creative to get a couple good smoothies. Detox Island Green is fairly tasty. We modified the Mocha Madness to switch out chocolate with peanut butter and it was a good alternative. Sadly....will be returning to the usual places for the variety. read more

This 2 star review is horrible because I love this place generally . They always have this girl doing the cash register and she has amazing customer service actually upset I don't have her name to give her her credit . Today , I come in and got the same thing I usually always get the front counter guy (Cesar ) I had to ask for his name cause he wasn't wearing a name tag was rude af he first just assumed I was paying with a debit card , he turned the card thing on for me to swipe and walked away I was grabbing cash out my purse I look up he's in the back eating his sandwich like literally walked away from us to go eat his sandwich . Highly unprofessional!!! Then he comes back cause I'm just looking at him and he snatches the money out of my hand if I'm inconveniencing him for ordering my meal , my change fell on the floor and he didn't even budge just rude and doesn't belong at the front counter ... To make it worse after he rings me up he goes back to eating his sandwich right in the kitchen , and he then starts helping the coook prep the bag for bagging ..... DID NOT I repeat DID NOT wash his hands in the process of eating his food . . Horrible work ethics , horrible customer service . This is literally my first bad experience here , and this was also my first time experiencing Cesear so whether he's new or needs more training something has to give because all of that was unacceptable . read more
