I usually order from the location in glen burnie on my lunch break because I work close to that one. But I live close to this location so I eat here on the weekends. Customer service isn't 100% but I don't really have anything negative say. The employees at the glen burnie location are always just super friendly. Here, my smoothies are always fine. I've been ordering the açaí bowl now for like 2 months and I'm obsessed. I get the peanut butter drizzle on it also and it's heavenly. Sometimes the bowls are more full and other times they have significantly less, which is a shame. But the fruit is always fresh, and I really enjoy whatever granola it is they use. I like how the acai softens the granola and it becomes almost like a cereal. I'm going to be trying the new Bahama mama bowl today. I've also tried all of the quesadillas and they're great. The manager always has a nasty attitude I go there all the time wish they had a different one close by hate going to this one. They act like they never want to give you your receipt. It's so annoying that they have to ask you do you want your receipt then when something goes wrong and you don't have your receipt it's your fault. You shouldn't be asking people do you want your receipt? So I made an online order for this place, initially I was excited because it looked like something that would be healthy and also really tasty at the same time. The smoothies here are really good, I would definitely recommend these but I don't recommend the bowls. The bowls are stuffed at least halfway with nothing but lettuce. If I had known that I would be paying upwards of $13 for nothing but lettuce I wouldn't have ordered anything. Now, it's not that I don't like lettuce but when half of your product is lettuce I think there's kind of a problem in terms of value. Today I tried the pumpkin smoothie, and not because of the annual fall friendly of pumpkin everything that trends. I wanted to try something vastly different from the amazing avocolada. Pumpkin fit the bill. It did not disappoint. The smells were enticing, and the taste, whew, was creamy, cool, and sweet. This smoothie was like drinking a pie and I was there for it! I got a chicken capers panini, which had chicken, tomatoes, pesto and fresh mozzarella, and a mango smoothie to go with that. You also get either chips or fresh whole fruit with your meal. We have passed by this place many times but finally decided to check and see what all the hype is about. We were instantly greeted when we walked in and after looking over the menu for a moment we ordered our smoothies. Our smoothies came out fast and were absolutely delicious! We tried 3 different flavors today - Bahama Mama, Beach Bum and Peanut Butter Cup. I would highly recommend any of them! The smoothies are a little pricey BUT the servings are pretty big and the taste is great. I was trying to be the first to review, but someone who coincidentally also lives in Wheaton or Glenmont beat me to it. I went here on opening day last Thursday. They had specials for that Thursday & Friday. Smoothies were $1.99 that Thursday only. Friday was a deal for the sandwiches. I had a $0.99 coupon with purchase but decided to save it on a day when they're full price. They were smart and came around to local offices in the area handing out coupons the day before they opened. They were friendly. I was able to make a small substitution on my smoothie with an ingredient with no questions asked. I also got the flatbread. I took my food/smoothie back to the office, ate in the break room, and I was the coolest person in the office that day with my Tropical Smoothie. For the record, it's the only day in the over year I've been the coolest in the office!...haha. In summary, the smoothie was delicious as was the flatbread. I will definitely return. read more

My first experience was an enjoyable one. My only warning is to make sure you order ahead of time if you're going for lunch. When you first walk in, the environment is very inviting- bright, modern, open and clean. The staff was working very diligently to make sure orders were getting done in a timely manner. I ordered al the Lean Machine smoothie which consisted of strawberry, banana, a fat blaster, I enjoyed it, was a lot to drink so I ended up not finishing it. I also ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Quesadilla which includes black beans, queso, peppers and onions with salsa on the side and it was DELICIOUS! It was a nice sized portion and filling. I do intend on making this a regular spot of mines to go to when I eat out because of the healthier options they offer. There was a slight mixup with my order, which I take accountability for. But when I asked if it could be corrected, the young lady who took my order took care of it, but not without the manager adding his two cents to make sure I was aware it was a one time thing that would never happen again. His tone was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. It took everything in my not to react to his confrontational tone. Customer service training should be revisited at this location. The size makes up for the price ($5 for a smoothie seems kind of expensive..) but they use fresh ingredients and you can see the smoothies made right in front of you!
