The bowl was pretty good, but I'm going to comment on the customer service first because that alone was a 5/5 experience! When I walked in, multiple employees behind the register greeted me. Gracie took my order and was extremely friendly. Once my bowl was ready, she brought out to me. After a while I decided to take the rest to go. Another employee gladly got me a cover and even bagged everything up for me. They have several options for bowls and 3 sizes to pick from. You choose your base, fruit toppings, and other toppings- granola is already included with all bowls. The acai base could have had a little more flavor but the consistency was PERFECT! It was freshly blended when I ordered, so it wasn't icy or hard like some other places I've been. The fruit toppings and granola were good and a really good portion. There is plenty of parking outside , and plenty of seating inside if you want to eat there. The music was upbeat, which added to the whole experience. When I left it looked like Gracie (who took my order) was on her break, but she still looked up and said goodbye to me by name! I was excited to try Blendabowl, and I really love how they set up their menu. Every bowl comes with granola, and a regular sized bowl comes with two fruit and two toppings. I ordered an açaí bowl with bananas and strawberries, and I added mango for an additional cost. For my toppings I got the hemp hearts and honey, which made great additions to this bowl. They also sell various smoothie blends, different drinks like kombucha and sparkling water, and they even sell vegan quinoa chili. I had a great experience here, and the cashier was very friendly. I will definitely visit this location again to try some of their other blends. read more

I loved the music and atmosphere of this space. The music was not too loud, the staff was very helpful when ordering etc, and allowed for accommodations when needed. They were nice and attentive and it didn't take long for the orders to come up. There was a kiosk for ordering with a credit card if you didn't feel like waiting in line. And there was a chalk board wall for those who were board or wanting to express themselves. The place was very clean and neat too! They wrote little inspirational notes on our lids. My favorite acai bowls on the planet! A friend introduced me to acai last year at their food truck. Today blendabowl finally opened their store in Pasadena. I have been patiently (well not that patient) waiting for this moment. The second I saw them post about opening I ran right over. Their new store is super cute and clean. They have a bunch of employees to make the process go super smooth. The emoyees are still training since they just opened today so be patient! My go to is the acai bowl with strawberries, bananas, blueberries, cacao nibs and almonds. The bowls are always super consistent and delicious. They offer a loyalty punch card that scores you a free bowl after the purchase of 12. Might sound like a lot, but for most of their customers, that can be done in no time! Blendabowl is very popular and can often times get busy. To avoid waiting you can place your order online. The staff is super friendly and genuinely cares about their customers. First and foremost the acai bowls here are life! My wife brought some home for the family one day, and we've been hooked ever since. The menu is easy to maneuver. All you have to do is pick what you like, and its guaranteed to be fire. All of the ingredients are fresh, and the staff here is really friendly. I've even tested this spot against some of my kids favorites and they pick here every time. We come all the way from crofton, and it's worth it every time. As I write this I have already texted my wifeand asked her to bring me one home after work...lol I highly recommend! read more

I stop in every other week and buy three bowls. one to eat on way home. two to freeze I live on eastern shore and drive with my bowls for a hour to two hours before putting in freezer at home. pull it out half hour before eating to thaw and I have a delicious snack or dinner. same freshness as when I buy it. absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that they aren't closer to us!! Anytime we are in the neighborhood we have to stop by. The smoothie bowls are big and fresh. The fruit topping is always sweet, fresh, and delicious. They have a good amount of toppings. The smoothies are equally as delicious.
