I also tried the Happy Cow vegan breakfast burrito, which was yummy and surprisingly filling. I really like that they have two separate pickup areas (one for food and one for drinks), it seems to keep things moving even when they're busy. The shop itself is welcoming, and all of the staff I interacted with were friendly. There's also a drive-thru window for anyone who wants to grab their drink/food without going inside. If I find myself in the area again, I'll definitely be stopping back in for another latte!
