The young lady behind the counter greeted immediately and was helpful with my undecisiveness. I chose the Mango Marble Green Tea Latte substituted milk with oat and added regular pearls. The young lady did inform me the base of this drink is regular milk made. It wasnt a lot so I decided to keep my selection. I am excited that I kept my selection as its one I would have never chose as I only get non dairy drinks with lychee and boba. Love this location! The staff is always so welcoming and greet you as soon as you walk in the door. It's beautifully decorated with florals, plenty of seating, gacha machines with prizes, and board games. I love the self order kiosks and greatly appreciate how the staff always lets you know when there are promotions! I've gotten so many cute keychains from here after my drink purchases. We really enjoyed the performance organized by Gong Cha and the local community of Asian lion dancers at this wonderful tea shop today! It was lively, fun and comedy too. This is our favorite bubble tea location. The restaurant is very clean and well lit. There are board games to play as well as some claw machines if you want to hang out and stay for awhile to enjoy your drinks or a delicious egg waffle. :) We were greeted when we walked in, the service is always very fast and friendly! The touch screen kiosks make it easy to read about each menu item in detail without having to ask the employees a bunch of questions if you are unfamiliar with the menu. You can also order at the counter with an employee. Additionally, you can place an order on the easy to use mobile app. If you order through the app or provide your phone number at the kiosk, you can earn reward points for a free drink after 10 purchases. :) I love the variety of the menu, there are always new / seasonal drinks to try if you like to explore new options and ingredients. :) There are also some cute merchandise options such as water bottles, tote bags, and boba keychains! I stopped by this location and was received by a young lady- Marleen (though im not quite sure if that is her correct name). After ordering my drink, I asked her if I could please use the restroom, and I was shocked to be denied access to it, despite expressing my urgent need to use it. She was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful in tone. Basic courtesy and respect go a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here.
