I absolutely love Jamba Juice!! I was excited to be landing at BWI in the Southwest Terminal to get a smoothie and impossible sandwich, but they were closed when I arrived due to some type of equipment error. Boy was I disappointed. So today I left a little bit earlier so I could go to their Baltimore location on Security Boulevard and Whitehead. I was excited that it was a drive thru as I was limited on time. I was able to place my order right away, but it took at least 5 minutes for someone to come to window to take my payment. But I realized it was because they wanted to have all of my order ready when they greeted me. I ordered my favorite pb & banana protein smoothie, add chocolate, and an impossible handwich. I have been a Jamba Juice fan since the 90s, and imagine my surprise when I found one a mile away from my apartment. It's on a busy corner off Second Blvd and have enter off Whitehead, but the great thing is they have a drive-thru window. Today I decided to go inside. They are the space with another restaurant, but I found the property to be very clean. I got my favorite apple n greens. Went back despite horrid customer access at drive thru last time. This time it was 2 bowls. One Island Pitaya and the other Vanilla Blue Sky . I omitted coconut on both because I don't like it. Jostled a bit in bag so toppings displaced. You get a HUGE serving. Each cost $6.49. No sugary additives according to menu. Quick service. My most recent visit was 3/11 and I had not been for a while do you the pandemic. I was slightly disappointed to learn that they had discontinued my most favorite Nutty Almond Butter Bowl. They replaced it with their featured Island Pitaya Bowl. Thus bowl consists of pineapple juice, pitaya. mangos, pineapples, bananas, strawberries, organic granola, blueberries, honey, & shredded coconut. Oh and Pitaya is also known as dragon fruit just in case you were scratching your head like me. Although I was a little hesitant, the Pitaya Bowl did not disappoint! It was yummy and will be my go-to until they switch it out Good way to get your fruit in but be mindful of the sugar content so make it an occasional treat like I do. read more

Fresh ingredients always used and great customer service. I have a smoothie wishlist of plenty more to try in the near future. Pros - They have a drive thru w little to no wait even during peak hours, fantastic customer service, a few size options to accommodate meal goals, fantastic/ detailed menu w recommendations/ ingredients/ calories. Pros: There was a lot of space and room for dining in. The store is located in a convenient location with reasonable parking. My turkey sausage breakfast sandwich and amazing greens smoothie were prepared properly and fast. Cons: The store is shared with a Halal restaurant which the smell of there food totally takes over the entire dining area. The service was very rushed, however there was only 1 person working the counter so she seemed stressed. read more

Always worth it when I come here. The smoothies are delicious. You can choose to have a protein, vitamin C shot. I've tried several different smoothies but Carribean Passion and Pomegranate Passion are favs. Another plus is the drive thru. Its fast and great for a lunch break smoothie. Get in and out. However I have used the mobile app on four different occasions and each time I wait the allotted time and my order is still not ready when I arrive. I would understand if they were busy, but it's completely empty each time that I arrive. I've even bought it to the attention of the employees. So I have been going to this Jamba juice location since they opened and getting the same thing today unfortunately I encountered a guy I'm guessing manager/ owner and suddenly I can't get it and the guy who normally gets it is sitting and now knows nothing I have never asked for a special deal or anything and pay what ever they ask so this was completely uncalled for and since this happen this way and I felt crazy I'm going to take my crazy self somewhere else to spend my money. I usually only get Jamba Juice from the Arundel Mills location not realizing there was one closer to my house so I decided to try it I work overnight and get off at 6:00am . The hours for this location say they are supposed to be open at 6:15am I got there at 6:45 am the lights were off in the area so they put up a sign on the drive thru that said to come to the window . I pulled up to the window there were two people that I saw and made eye contact with yet no one opened the window. I then beeped my horn and still no one came back to the window.
