The seeded buns were also top notch! I purchased two small steaks and cooked them up in the cast iron. It was undoubtedly the best steak I have ever had at home; it melted in my mouth! Just look at the marbling in the pictures. The meat at the store is some of the best quality I have seen and tasted. You can easily tell that George, the owner, has a passion for his business and his product reflects that. He was friendly and very informative. I will be back for sure!
