Lisa assigned Victoria and there are not enough words to describe how terrific she was with my two puppies. Victoria cared for them, played with them, watched as they swam numerous times daily, dried them, fed them and went to the market to get them their fruit snacks. She totally followed the detailed schedule I had provided and Victoria sent me multiple daily updates, along with pictures of my two puppies. In addition, to caring for my Goldens, Victoria cared for my home as if it was hers, with great care and respect. She brought us over to do an evaluation and see how our dogs get along with her Lab and a couple other dogs staying there. Mindy and her husband do such an amazing job at sending us updates with pictures and communicating in a timely manner. It's also nice to know that groups are more intimate so I know my dogs as well as the other dogs staying with them get all the affection and attention they can get! We took him a few times for daycare before we left and he loved it. They were very attentive and he got to play with other dogs and still got his scratches and pets. He wasn't all that excited to leave. We will continue to bring him for daycare so he can see his new doggie and human friends. Enzo boarding experience was just as great as daycare. They continually send pictures and let us know how he was doing but we could see from his face he was having a grand time. We are so relieved to have a place to leave our precious little boy knowing that he is safe, happy and very well taken care of!!! Thank you House of Mutts!!!

Took our two dogs for a nail trim. I told them the dogs were very skiddish and scared as they are…read morerescues. The place literally had 20 dogs crammed into a tiny room just free roaming, standing room only practically, where a lady was grooming a dog. They brought our two very scared dogs into said room and did their nails there as 20 other dogs are all over them bumping into them, smacking them in the face with their tails, etc. They then tried to convince me that only one of the dogs had a leash when I brought them in because they couldn't find the other one (which they then found after looking for 5-10 minutes). Definitely will not be brining our dogs back there and would never consider daycare or boarding there as the conditions were so chaotic and unorganized.

I was referred to this business by a local Boston Terrier Facebook group. Their reviews were…read morestellar, so I reached out to them. I needed to board my pup while I went on vacation and passed their initial free assessment and complementary play date, filed his health records with them etc. A week later I dropped him off for his week of boarding. When I arrived home I quickly dropped off my luggage and immediately went to pick him up. Once I arrived, excited to see my little dude they brought him out. He was not himself. Not excited, and lethargic. I figured he was just tired from his week of playing with other pups. As soon as I put him in my car he fell asleep, and once home he did the same thing, which for a 6-month-old Boston Terrier is unheard of. The following day was the same, I chalked it up as he must have had a great time playing and was still exhausted. The next day he was extremely ill, coughing, diarrhea and weak so I rushed him to the Vet. Their diagnosis was an upper respiratory infection a fever and Kennel cough. My pup is completely vaccinated and was perfectly healthy when dropped off. I understand things happen, but this was infuriating to me. When I picked him up I was curious why he was just handed to me and shuffled me out the door, now I understand why. That same attitude was received when I called to inform them of his condition. The young lady just said "I'll tell the owner and hung up" and that was it. I wanted to like this place, but on top of their boarding fees, I now have medical bills due to their facility and lack of action when he was clearly sick while there, due to an illness he contracted while there, and hopefully, he recovers soon. The photo attached is him once loaded in the car after picking him up. Clearly not a 6 mo old Boston excited to see me after a week away. I am beside myself, and angry to say the least.
