I walked in with a particular frame in mind, which they didn't have in stock, but started to show me other frames that were comparable in style and look. Ended up finding a frame that was fit my face. The purchase process was smooth, as I still needed to get new prescription (they recommended an optometrist they work closely with) and the whole process took about 2.5-3 weeks (getting my eyes checked took longest). Would definitely recommend to friends, and also go back when I'm feeling the itch for new frames.

They've always been happy to do glasses adjustment for free, and really helped out when I bought what seems to be a frame with a design defect (they broke 3 times in the same place when I was using it normally and didn't drop or sit on them or anything like that-- most recebtly within a week of replacement). They went out of their way to make it right. I've found they've made a real effort to help me figure out what best suits my needs (transitions, lens type, etc), rather than what might make them the most profit-- which is sadly pretty rare nowadays. The staff walked me through how to use them, what to expected, and how it may be blurry in certain areas because of the blend from normal to the reading lower part of the glasses. But I finally decided it was time to get a new pair and finding Mr. Sung on Yelp was honestly one of the best decisions I've made for myself in the last 10 years. I went with a pair of Masunaga rimless frames and custom-fitted lenses, and the fit is absolutely perfect. Mr. Sung is a true master at what he does. You can tell he really cares about getting everything just right. He's earned a lifelong customer. For any future frame or lens needs, I won't be going anywhere else.
