That meant I had lots of questions and needed help with paperwork, etc. They were great. CCW's competitive advantage is its design of the bikes. It sources from Asia and selects parts so that the bikes can be maintained by riders. I looked at the Honda 300F - another nice bike- but it could not compete with CCW's design. Highly recommended. Update 4 months later: I rode the bike all summer -almost 1,000 miles. Lots of fun and no issues at all. I'm about to put it away for the winter and wanted to share the positive experience. Note: At about 500 miles (break-in), the manual recommends a valve adjustment. I had this done at the local shop and it was $80. I changed the oil myself and that was easy. Very happy with the bike- thanks CCW!

Specific cases of people getting the shaft. Feeling mistrusting with this shop. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Took a bike here for a grinding noise and the shop replaced BOTH rotors and charged for parts and labor to only have the grinding still remain. I'll be taking this up for a third attempt to actually have the issue addressed this week. Also noticed that they phish for business when you arrive. Not sure if they are hurting for the business?? Red flag?

There are usually two guys working behind the counter, the day I went, there was one guy, I asked him to order me 2 inner tie rods and he ordered me 2 OUTER TIE RODS! So I went to another store and purchased what I needed because I could not make it more clear to the guy what I needed and he acted like he knew more than I did and he wasn't the one working on my truck. He's one of those guys. I cancelled the order and the gentlemen was visibly annoyed. Which he shouldn't be, he ordered the wrong part and I got the right part at a better price. The second time I went to the store the same guy was there and I asked him for grease. He said all he had was wheel bearing grease. TWO SECONDS LATER, Charlie Calanni Jr. walks in and I tell him my dilemma and he talks to the guy and VOILA!, they walk back into the warehouse and get the RIGHT grease that I needed. Obviously, this guy IS RACIST and DOES NOT PROVIDE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THEM EVER AGAIN! I informed the other gentlemen of the situation, exactly as it happened, and told him that I would NEVER be coming back. He told me to wait and he would talk to the guy and I said this is the second time he has provided POOR SERVICE and I would not wait to hear his "excuses" for being racist. I have also been told NOT to get into arguments with him either because he has a BAD TEMPER and will just tell you to leave.
