The guys are friendly, helpful and professional. It's perfect for the small town it's in. Prior to becoming part of Federated, this store was a family owned parts store called Mancini's Auto Parts, and it still feels a little like a mom and pop shop. And that's all good to me. There is nothing a big shiny parts store can do for you that these guys can't, but the atmosphere, service and sense of integrity I get is never matched. The big places never have the same guys working in the store when I return, Federated is the same guys always. It just gives me confidence. Prices aren't different, either. It just feels like a place your dad or grandad might have gotten parts from. It's comfortable.

I am not a car person. I mean, I want my car to look nice but I have no clue how to handle any…read moremaintenance short of taking my car to the dealership. In the span of 1 month, I have had 2 different bulbs burn out in my car (headlight and taillight). I am so appreciative to have a place like the Parma Autozone to go and get quick and friendly support. Last week particularly, I went in and Kyle helped me identify the light I needed and changed it in a matter of minutes. He was so kind and willing to assist, even explaining things to me about my car! The whole thing took under 15 minutes and cost me under $10. Thank you Kyle and Autozone for being such a big help! They helped me figure out which bulb I needed and let me borrow the tools necessary to replace it. I finished up inside and went out to change it. I could not seem to make it fit, however, so I took the old bulb in, and they exchanged it for the correct one. After trying and failing to replace it again, I went back in and asked for help. Turns out....I'd been trying to replace the high beam instead of the low. *Sigh.* At this point, I'm cold, wet and really frustrated. The entire staff was so patient with me, even though it was inconvenient for them to have to exchange the bulb not once but twice. They did a great job, and I'm so thankful for their cheerful demeanors during the process!
