I'm noticing that google reviews are 5 stars and generally no specific. Then I'm seeing 1-2 stars for specific people who got "screwed over." Yelp confers the negative reviews. Specific cases of people getting the shaft. Feeling mistrusting with this shop. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Took a bike here for a grinding noise and the shop replaced BOTH rotors and charged for parts and labor to only have the grinding still remain. I'll be taking this up for a third attempt to actually have the issue addressed this week. Also noticed that they phish for business when you arrive. Not sure if they are hurting for the business?? They really go above and beyond to accommodate anything you may need. I told him my situation and he did everything in his power to help.

Just don't go, it will take forever to finish, you'll get a million excuses, they'll charge you and the issue will still be there.

Uhoh. John (the owner), remembered me. That's probably not a good thing since they have a constant stream of bikes and I hadn't been in for three years. So yea, it also had been 3 years since I'd had an oil change/checkup. Overall, John (after reprimanding me, very understandably), was helpful, understanding and very flexible when it came to what I needed done and he could do. We went through some options and I ended up opting out of many things. I much prefer a bike shop that is up front and honest with issues instead of one that takes my bike only to call me a few days later with "surprises". It's nice to see that they moved into a bigger shop, have a nice clean show-room and also have attentive and helpful staff. I've pointed people in the direction of this shop before and I will continue to do so. read more

I was riding through Cleveland on my way cross-country. My chain links had been seizing causing grinding on my sprocket... but I had to get to a wedding on the East Coast and didn't have time for the typical 1-2 week backlog. The owner, John, offered to diagnose my bike minutes before closing... insisted on staying late that night to look at all repair scenarios and get quotes for each... and also insisted on double-checking everything the next day before ordering parts (on his day off) and having them overnighted. He had my bike all torn apart and waiting for the delivery truck. Within two hours of the parts arriving, the next morning, he had me back on the road and safely on my way to the wedding. I can't say enough about the owner, John. I could tell right off that his dogged determination was a product of his passion for his work... insisting that he was just treating me the way he wanted to be treated. John, I made it to the wedding safely. 3,000 mi down, and 7,000 to go. Thank you. read more

Do not take your bike there, period. For anything. Dealt with them for over 9 months of them fixing my older 1980's bike. Each time I checked in they forgot what they did, extra labor hours because of work they should have done when other parts were already off. The work I had them do should have taken no more than 2 months tops. Horrible communication between sales and mechanics. End of story, my bike still isn't working correctly and I brought it home to work on it myself. Spent close to $2000.00 with them and I'll be finishing it myself. Great job everybody. One of the worst experiences I've had with an auto/motorcycle shop. read more

As far as I can tell these guys are amateurs. I took my bike in for fork tube seals. It takes them 3 days to get to it and when I come to pick it up they let me know "oh by the way we dropped your bike." My bike is not new, and it has a couple of flaws here and there so apparently they figured it was no big deal. Didn't offer me any money off. Barely apologized. They replaced a mirror and brake lever that were damaged (which they themselves hadn't even noticed) for no charge but on the way home I realized one of the calipers was dragging on the rotor. When I took it off to inspect I immediately found the problem. They'd torqued the bolt that holds the caliper way beyond specs. Maybe someday these guys will learn what they're doing, but I wouldn't let them work on my bicycle. read more

So this guy John keeps my motorcylce for 7 months starting December 2013 , starts out with a $400 estimate which ends up being more than $1400 , every month there is a new 'problem' to fix . So I run out of patience at the end of July and he refuses to deliver the motorcycle free as promised . He promised he would waive the pickup and delivery if work was done. After $1400 worth of work , the guy blames me for the delays and says he should charge me for storage . This after giving me the run around for 7 months and wasting my entire summer. Absolutely horrendous service and the guy has the audacity to blame me for his laziness. This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had with an auto repair shop. I had dealt with my share of unscrupulous mechanics before but this guy is an out and out thug. But this was just the start. I was not sure how the 'repairs' would turn out but the amount of work done for the money I paid alone makes this a bad deal ! Add to that the extra 'fees' for pickup delivery and inspection and a seven month delay! But I was happy to finally get the motorcycle and Mr John Apostos even apologized to me, shook my hands and everything . On the way home, the engine sounded terrible and the shifts were hard . The next day the motorcycle was dead, would not start, so I remove the cover and lo and behold , my old battery !! after being charged $102 for a replacement battery!!! Ladies and gentlemen I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF!!! You have been warned, so stay away. read more

This shop is the worst place you could ever take your bike, many friends of mine warned me about this shop and I thought I would give it a chance WOW!!! what a mistake ...the owner and tech's should not be allowed to wrench on anything... careless, sloppy, missing parts, false billing charging for items that were never serviced or replaced ...DISHONESTY !!!! all the way... never take your Motorcycle there... read more
