I messaged a few Cleveland area Honda dealers through the Honda website in late February 2026…read more I was looking for a specific trim car. I wanted a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Hatchback Sport Touring model in Boost Blue color with BLACK leather interior. I requested to be communicated with ONLY by email and NOT phone. All of the other dealers began hassling me almost daily by phone and didn't seem interested in finding me the specific trim and color combination. They only were concerned with selling what was currently on their lot. Ganley Honda North Olmsted was the ONLY one that followed my request and communicated via email. I NEVER was hassled by phone, text, or voicemail. They even said there would not be a problem finding the exact spec car I wanted, since they did not have one available. Salesman Emmanuel (Manny) Verdino scheduled a test drive for 2/25/26 in a similar trim level Civic. Once I decided it was the car for me, I put down a $500 deposit to start the dealer locate process. Manny kept email contact throughout the entire process. Since that exact spec Civic is not widely available, most Ohio dealers were not willing to do a dealer trade for such a high demand car. After a thorough search, they were finally able to locate one in Lockport NY (225 miles away!!) a few days later. The car arrived at Ganley on 3/4/26 and I was scheduled to sign and drive for my car on 3/6/26. Manny even willingly came in on his scheduled day off to have me sign the paperwork. That was a huge convenience for me. The sign & drive process went off without a hitch. There was absolutely NO high pressure upsells and the price details I was quoted on 2/25/26 was honored with absolutely no changes. Matt Maier in the finance department made the overall process even easier. He also secured me a lower APR with Honda Financial and a massive discount on the extended warranty. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Ganley Honda of North Olmsted, and specifically Manny Verdino, for all of your Honda needs.

The van runs like a dream thanks to the knowledgeable and efficient team in the service department. A special shout-out to Ed Stein, the service manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care and transparency. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered every question I had with patience and professionalism, and treated me like more than just a number. That kind of customer service is rare these days -- and greatly appreciated. My Odyssey may be over 10 years old, but thanks to the team at Ken Ganley, it's running like it just rolled off the lot. I have complete confidence in their work and won't take my vehicle anywhere else. If you're looking for trustworthy, high-quality Honda service -- this is the place. Five stars all the way!

Took car in for oil change, tire rotation and recall. The service man who handled me was very…read moregood. The individual who serviced the vehicle advised him my interior air filter was in need of replacement a cost of almost $90. I advised them them that it was not necessary as I just replaced it 2000 prior. I don`t know how he new it was supposed to be bad when it was never physically inspected, my glove box was exactly as it was so I know it was not opened. Maybe this is done by computer, but I hate seeing the service report stating I STILL NEED NEW CABIN FILTER. I physically inspected it upon coming home it is the one I just put in.

BUYER BEWARE! I…read moredropped my 2015 hyundai Sonata sport off for 4 recalls to be fixed on 05/19/2023. I received the call to come and pick up my vehicle later the same day, that all the service was completed. Upon entering my vehicle the driver seat was moved all the way back to it's furthest position. I moved the seat up to my regular seating position and went a little too far forward and when I attempted to adjust the seat backwards the switch would not work. I tried this many times with no luck. I entered the dealership and explained the issue and a mechanic came out to diagnose the issue and agreed there was an issue and I was left with the impression that the service was covered since the seat was working when brought in for service. They kept the car over the weekend and I received a call Monday morning that the service would cost me $272 to fix the issue that they caused and acknowledged as much the previous Friday. Needless to say this was not the outcome I was looking for and decided to go elsewhere to have the issue fixed. Please be careful in getting service done here as you may come in with one issue and leave with another.

Let this serve as a major red flag to anyone considering entrusting their vehicle to ClevelandMoto…read more Based on his rhetoric and professed expertise on all things Piaggio and Moto Guzzi as relayed to me during our initial conversation, I anticipated a knowledgeable and thorough evaluation and repair of my new, under warranty Piaggio Beverly 400 from Phil Waters. At 350 miles my oil warning light came on. I did NOT purchase the scooter from ClevelandMoto but, as the closest authorized Piaggio service facility, I took it there for repair where I was assured by Waters that he'd resolve the issue. Over the next month, after multiple phone calls and an additional personal visit to his dealership at 2 weeks after drop-off, I was told that his request for parts from Piaggio was denied and that I should contact Piaggio personally to motivate their regional service managers as he could not execute the repair - allegedly a full wiring harness replacement - without their involvement. I contacted Piaggio Corporate and they responded and intervened almost immediately. They communicated with me and ClevelandMoto in a timely and professional manner via both phone and email. However, at day 28 with my scooter still in his shop, I was notified by Waters/ClevelandMoto that the repair had not and would not be executed due to man-hours required for the repair and parts availability. At that point, after 30 days of down time and with no repair, I was advised by Piaggio Corporate that dedicated national technical support along with guaranteed parts acquisition were made available to ClevelandMoto, and, as their dealer showed a continued reluctance to initiate a repair, I was directed by Piaggio to have the scooter transported at their expense to a different Piaggio dealer. On the day of pick-up I requested a work order and was told one wasn't available. I was also advised by Waters to pursue a Lemon Law action against Piaggio. The scooter was transported to Pony Powersports, Columbus, Ohio, and an electrical fault with the oil sensor was located and repaired. Total warranty time charged to Piaggio - 2 hours. Kudos to both Piaggio and Pony Powersports. They did in 2 hours what ClevelandMoto and Phil Waters couldn't or wouldn't do in 30 days.

The purchasing process was easy and straightforward, and since the scooter I wanted was in the store it only took a couple days to get everything done and take her home! I would recommend anyone looking for a scooter to come here, and the people here are awesome and make the experience really fun.
