    I messaged a few Cleveland area Honda dealers through the Honda website in late February 2026…read more I was looking for a specific trim car. I wanted a 2026 Honda Civic Hybrid Hatchback Sport Touring model in Boost Blue color with BLACK leather interior. I requested to be communicated with ONLY by email and NOT phone. All of the other dealers began hassling me almost daily by phone and didn't seem interested in finding me the specific trim and color combination. They only were concerned with selling what was currently on their lot. Ganley Honda North Olmsted was the ONLY one that followed my request and communicated via email. I NEVER was hassled by phone, text, or voicemail. They even said there would not be a problem finding the exact spec car I wanted, since they did not have one available. Salesman Emmanuel (Manny) Verdino scheduled a test drive for 2/25/26 in a similar trim level Civic. Once I decided it was the car for me, I put down a $500 deposit to start the dealer locate process. Manny kept email contact throughout the entire process. Since that exact spec Civic is not widely available, most Ohio dealers were not willing to do a dealer trade for such a high demand car. After a thorough search, they were finally able to locate one in Lockport NY (225 miles away!!) a few days later. The car arrived at Ganley on 3/4/26 and I was scheduled to sign and drive for my car on 3/6/26. Manny even willingly came in on his scheduled day off to have me sign the paperwork. That was a huge convenience for me. The sign & drive process went off without a hitch. There was absolutely NO high pressure upsells and the price details I was quoted on 2/25/26 was honored with absolutely no changes. Matt Maier in the finance department made the overall process even easier. He also secured me a lower APR with Honda Financial and a massive discount on the extended warranty. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Ganley Honda of North Olmsted, and specifically Manny Verdino, for all of your Honda needs.

The van runs like a dream thanks to the knowledgeable and efficient team in the service department. A special shout-out to Ed Stein, the service manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care and transparency. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered every question I had with patience and professionalism, and treated me like more than just a number. That kind of customer service is rare these days -- and greatly appreciated. My Odyssey may be over 10 years old, but thanks to the team at Ken Ganley, it's running like it just rolled off the lot. I have complete confidence in their work and won't take my vehicle anywhere else. If you're looking for trustworthy, high-quality Honda service -- this is the place. Five stars all the way!

Was quoted a specific amount online, I get here, explain to…read morethe service desk my reasons for being here and the rep tells me what I was quoted for online on the website which is where most VW owners use to book a service was not what I would be receiving which made zero sense to me so I ask to speak to a supervisor, the rep goes to an office and a bald guy who I would assume was the supervisor as he was tucked away in his own office, looks through the window at me, doesn't even bother to come speak to me but instead goes to assist someone else. He doesn't even acknowledge me during my visit. Not one leadership quality was displayed from him during this moment. Given the fact this wasn't the first time I've experienced abhorrent service here, I'll be going to Streetsboro from here on out. At least they know how to treat their customers.

I brought out Atlas here for the first service. Although they were very busy and I did have to remind them what service I was there for, the staff were super patient and attentive. It did take longer than expected on our first service, but they were so busy it was to be expected. The staff were very accommodating and the waiting area is large enough you can get some work done or whatever while you wait. The very helpful woman mentioned when I brought my car back for the recall that I can try first thing when they open in the morning and it should go quicker. She was right - it took only an hour for them to get through the recall and also wash the car. They pulled it around and made sure I had everything I needed. It has been a long time since I received this level of service from a car dealership. Will be back :)

One deal fell through and Ganley had been persistent, but not annoying. I wasnt going to use them, as they didn't have the color I wanted. But I decided to see what they had and I'm glad I did because I LOVED the color they had. (Online the stick photo of Pure Gray is not the same as it is in person). I ended up working with Greg and Nick. They were able to work a deal that I felt was reasonable. No shady sales tactics, just straight forward numbers and responses. I did most of our deal via email and text, which took a lot of pressure off. They took my trade for under what I wanted but not by much. I'm just glad I didn't have to deal with it. Closing on my loan was easy and they didn't sell me anything extra that I didn't want. I'm glad for that. Overall easy transaction and I am so glad I upgraded my vehicle. My Atlas is beautiful and had all the features I want and some I don't need.

    Terrible! I checked…read moreon a vehicle on a Tuesday. I was emailed and asked if I wanted to come for a test drive that day or Wednesday. I responded that I could come Thursday or Saturday. There was a reply to my email, stating that it would actually be better to come Saturday, because the vehicle was still being serviced. I got there Saturday morning for what I thought was a scheduled appointment and I sat and waited 20 minutes while a gentleman tracked down and found out that a deposit was taken on the vehicle Friday and it had been sold. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Absolutely terrible. I had asked the person I had been emailing with to send pictures because there was only one online, she told me she she would, but never did. I had been clear in my emails that I was very interested in the car, wanted to pay cash and had even made an appointment at a nearby mechanic to inspect the car after a test drive Thursday, until I was told not to come until Saturday . And then I come in Saturday morning just to be told the vehicle has been sold! Absolutely an incredibly terrible.
