When I called to ask about the error I was told it must be a computer error. They say the credited me but I won't see that for 3 to 5 business days. My hubby and I are not made of money. We run a nonprofit and were throwing a party on the 26th (hence the tent rental) to support Ronald McDonald House. I am also recovering from extensive knee surgery and had a cleaning lady scheduled to come on the 25th. Due to their mistake I had to cancel the cleaning lady and a hospital bill that I had paid bounced. I understand that mistakes happen but the feel that I got from the company was they did not care. On top of this the guys that set up the tent did not anchor the walls down so they flapped everytime the wind blew. My husband ended up fixing this. All in all our experience was poor and my finances are all messed up until I get my money back. We will not be using them again. Thank you

The whole staff was friendly and helpful. They carried things up to the party room and helped set things up to our specifications. They asked how they could help without being overbearing and they also handled the pizza delivery and put it in the warmer for us up in the party room. Our friends that joined us loved all the fun activities and bubble machine. When it was time to go, they helped with take down and bringing things to the car without making us feel rushed out.
