Outside of her impeccable taste, Tamara and her team are a delight to work with. They communicated directly with many of our vendors and kept everything organized, allowing me and my partner to actually enjoy wedding planning! In fact, we miss it and working with Tamara!! On the weekend of my wedding, Tamara and her team dealt with everything and I was fully able to relax and enjoy the event. They set up the ceremony, coordinated vendors and even cleaned up! Kirstie is exceptional at keeping all the ducks in a row without being overbearing or micromanaging. As a vendor, I really appreciate that. As far as how she gives her clients what they want, never once did the Bride and Groom have "Deer in the headlights" face. That means Kirstie made sure the B&G were fully educated on what to expect. Kirstie is awesome, and I look forward to referring her, and working with her in the future! :)

She went above and beyond the "day of" role and was the best money we spent on our wedding. We communicated frequently the months leading up to the wedding, she ran our ceremony rehearsal the night before, and she worked a 15+ hour day the day of the wedding making sure everything was just how I envisioned it. She also provided a wedding day timeline and contacted vendors for me, among many other tasks I don't have room to list here. I was a type-A (read, anal) bride with a very clear vision and a tiny budget by Seattle standards ($15,000). Kirstie was extremely professional, prompt, and easy to work with before the wedding and during. Although she was planning many weddings at one time, she made me feel like mine was the only one. I picked out several of my vendors myself becuase I knew exactly what I wanted, but Kirstie gave suggestions for the ones I didn't have, and they were all amazing! She has great connections. The set-up for my wedding was tough. There is nothing at Golden Gardens so everything had to be brought in and set up the day of (and taken down and cleaned, which Kirstie did). I also had a lot of DIY details that I wanted arranged a very specific way. Kirstie and her crew worked a crazy, long day arranging flowers, setting up tables, hanging decor, getting everyone in order, etc. Your wedding day is such a blur that you need to spend time enjoying your guests, your new spouse, and just enjoying the moment. You don't want to worry about decor, music, food, etc. You will not be disappointed with Kirstie - she can do as much or as little as you want and need depending on your budget and vision.

We…read morebooked her for day of coordination services after having a zoom meeting to get to know each other a bit and found her to be a great fit for us. We had 1 zoom meeting to discuss what we wanted and she provided a spreadsheet to help us with planning and creating our schedule. We then also had an in person meeting 1 month before the wedding to discuss the plan for the big day. Meghan had great input while being considerate of our needs. She is extremely punctual and organized and made sure to keep us on track throughout both our rehearsal and the day of. On the wedding day she asked me maybe a total of 3 questions about decor adjustments and otherwise I just sat back and let her take the wheel. She did an amazing job helping set up decor, keeping the wedding party organized, communicating with vendors, and keeping everyone on schedule. She was present throughout the night whenever we needed her and made sure to direct us where we needed to go and when. I didn't have to think about the itinerary at all and was able to just sit back and enjoy the day with my husband, family, and friends. At the end of the night we headed out and she helped pack everything up along with some of our family so we could just go enjoy our wedding night without any worries. Overall, I would 100% recommend Meghan for anyone looking for someone organized, a good problem solver, and also a kind/down to earth personality. The wedding day went super smooth and everything was so well organized that we were able to start the ceremony a few minutes early. Meghan helped the whole day and night move forward smoothly and it would have been so much harder without her. She started cleaning up elements of the ceremony ahead of time so that by the time the night was coming to a close clean up was fast for our family and friends. We had the pleasure of working with New Creations Wedding/Rebecca Grant for not one, but TWO of our weddings. We had initially planned our wedding overseas but had to cancel the wedding due to COVID in 2020. I reached out to a dozen wedding planners in the local area, with no luck finding someone who could help us plan a COVID-friendly wedding. Rebecca, however, quickly accepted the task. Unfortunately, that plan also changed when further COVID restrictions limited the number of guests. We decided to book Rebecca to plan our beautiful elopement on Whidbey Island and had her marry us. She even managed to tell the weather to give us a gorgeous day in October!!! One year later, and with a baby on the way, we decided it might be a good idea to try to have a wedding celebration - FINALLY. We had zero ideas of what we wanted but knew we needed Rebecca to take over all details because our focus was planning for the baby. Rebecca made sure we got as many decisions out of the way as possible early on to have a wedding-free postpartum period. When it came closer to the wedding, this is where I witnessed her magic in finalizing every detail, communicating clearly with every vendor, and making the wedding finally happen. Additionally, she gracefully managed our guest count, which went from 100-130 to 175. I barely had time to spend a minute of my mind-space on the wedding because of our new family and often questioned myself, "why was I planning a wedding?" but man, did Rebecca deliver the most stunning, chic, and fun party. The circumstances around our wedding experience were not common, planning a wedding while trying to raise a new baby, but I would not hesitate to hire Rebecca again. There are so many details about a wedding that you don't even think about until you are in it, when you realize, "I'm so happy I hired Rebecca to take care of this." Rebecca is someone you can trust to get the work done; you will be wowed by what she delivers.

We worked with her in a day-of-coordinator capacity, in which she had multiple meeting with us before the wedding, sent us a Google Drive full of organizational resources that made our planning so smooth, reviewed all our vendor contracts, and answered random wedding industry-related questions that we had. On the day before our wedding, we had a venue walk-through with her, in which she coordinated details with the venue liaison, and she also led rehearsal. What is most worth your investment is what happens on the day-of. I told Emily my goal was to not make any decisions that day except how many slices of cake I was going to have, and that's exactly what happened. She took care of everything - set up, tear down, vendor coordination, decor, helping to wrangle family for photos, the flow of the evening, the rhythm of the processional, and I'm sure she did a thousand other things we didn't even notice. At one point in the night I asked for a pen and she appeared 5 seconds later with one in hand. Her presence allowed us to fully enjoy being in the moment and also took pressure off our friends and family so they could relax as well. We would recommend Emily's work to any of our friends and family.

From the beginning Megan has been one of the most reassuring and comforting things about wedding planning. If not the only thing at times. Megan paid for herself at our very first meeting with our location and catering vendor. She saw something in the signed contract that entailed us to a better food package. Not just better food selections but more of it. When the vendor said it was a typo and they would fix it she said 'nope this is the contract that you had them sign. Typo or not you need to stick to this, they are entitled to this food at this price.' At that point in wedding planning i was so beyond exhausted i absolutely would have just rolled over and let the vendor adjust the signed contract. She stuck to her guns and we got the benefit of it. Woo Hoo We have the Week of Package, which really means that she takes over several weeks out. Following up with our vendors and asking me questions about details I never would have considered. Megan as been available for all of the silly questions and concerns that we have had and is prompt in her email response. She is able to offer suggestions on everything, babysitters in the area, vendors, when to do things, how to include family wishes along side our own, how to get Dicks Cheese Burgers to your wedding reception and everything in between. Megan is so friendly and easy to work with, she is prompt and organized. You just want to be her friend. I can not imagine getting through this wedding process without her, and its not even over yet. Wedding Planning Advice Number One - Get yourself a planner Number Two - Get Megan Keller MORE GOOD THINGS TO COME So, the wedding has happened. It was all smooth and amazing. Megan made everything work. As I was standing in my dress with my flowers about to walk down the isle I turned to my mom and said 'how would we have done this without Megan?' She said 'We wouldn't!' She was so right! Megan did so many things that made all the difference that I didn't know about. She was the first one there and the last one out. She loaded gifts and flowers and all kinds of things into car at the end of the evening. Loved this woman right away! She was so friendly, listened to me carefully, took notes, and proceeded to explain how she could help me, what my options were, and the prices. I loved it! When our venue was shut down 14 days before our big day we felt absolutely helpless - we had no idea where to even begin to find a venue, cater, day-of coordinator and not to mention re-plan all the logistics, etc... I had a wonderful experience working with Stephanie when I was in my cousin's wedding party last September, and so we reached out to her for advise. She immediately jumped into action while on a drive home from a hike with her family and had three venues all with in house catering available on our date and standing by for us to visit for a tour. Stephanie was already booked with TWO weddings our weekend, but still stepped in with a big smile on her face ready to save the day. Within 48 hours Stephanie helped us get from feeling defeated to excited and confident that our day was going to be better than we could have ever imagined. I like to think of myself as a pretty organized, type A personality and always said "I see the value of a day-of coordinator, but planning my wedding will be fun! I don't need to hire someone to do it for me!" What I didn't realize until working with Stephanie was that with the right wedding planner, it actually becomes MORE fun! She was able to work right along side me and helped me flesh out my vision and made suggestions that made my ideas come to life. Not to mention that because Stephanie has relationships with so many wonderful vendors, she was able to linked us up with those that were able to be respectful of our budget and helped us SAVE money! I am now a totally converted and am the biggest advocate for hiring a wedding planner (specifically Stephanie) :). Day of Stephanie and Jen were both SO wonderful - they worked hard to make our day stress-free and fun! As well as all of her incredible vendor contacts that all jumped in and helped execute the new plan flawlessly. That day we were able to completely forget about the major change in plans that happened just 14 days prior and were able to live in the moment with all our guests!
