I took a chance and chose fun frames photo booth among so many other photo booth companies to work my wedding. I can't express how satisfied I was with them. Our guests were having so much fun taking photos. There was always a line. The ready to print photos were of great quality...you would look amazing in them no matter what. It was a simple and easy process to get Fun Frames Photo Booth booked for my cousin's wedding. The staff was easy to communicate with and there were no unnecessary back and forth conversations. They were there on time and set up quickly. We had them set up in a tent separate from where dinner was, and due to normal wedding time delays, the guests of the wedding hadn't migrated to that area until well after the allotted start time of the photo booth hours. The guy operating the booth was very understanding and even offered to stay until the end of the wedding (30 minutes past the time I had hired for) in order for everyone to get maximum use. We had photo booth services for four hours, plus a wedding collage book. The staff were very friendly and helpful - both during the wedding and through email beforehand. This was one of the highlights of the event for many guests. My only regret is that I didn't get to participate more in the photo fun! I cannot recommend Mechelle and her Fun Frames Photo Booth highly enough! she was a dream to work with. From the moment I called her to book her, she was extremely friendly and helpful. I used Fun Frames for my wedding in September, and I can't say enough positive things about this business!! McKenzie was a pleasure to work with. She seemed organized and was easy to communicate with over the phone as well as through email. The Photo booth was a hit at our wedding! We did the photo book, which I totally recommend. Your guests get a photo strip and another copy goes in the photo book with a note from each guest so you have it as a keepsake. After the wedding, it was so cool to read each note and see the fun/silly pictures of our guest having a great time at our wedding! In October we hosted a wedding for our son and his fiancé at Sodo Park in Seattle. Early in the planning process we had attended a wedding showcase event ("I Do Sodo") and while there had spoken with several companies that offered photo booth options for weddings. Among those we previewed it seemed that Fun Frames produced the best quality photographs and was the most personal and responsive in interacting with us and had us convinced that our guests would have a fun time with the booth. A few weeks after that event we spoke with McKenzie of Fun Frames and our first impression was confirmed. We also learned that the photo strips generated in the booth not only would be given to the guests but on the spot a copy of the strip could be pasted into a wedding guest book and then the guests could write notes to the bride and groom next to the photos. We thought that was fabulous and decided we had to book the company then and there (6 months in advance of the wedding) so we would not risk having another party book them for our night. On the wedding day Fun Frames arrived promptly and had their booth set up and ready to go prior to the arrival of the guests. There was a steady flow of guests at the booth throughout the night. Clearly people we having fun posing and the Fun Frames signs, glasses, moustaches and other props added to the laughs. We ducked into the booth for a few shots and each time the Fun Frames team at the booth were cheerful and energized. Of course this prompted us to come up with some fun poses too. Although we have not seen the guest book with the photo strips and notes to our son and daughter-in-law, when speak with them they often comment that they were just laughing at the photos and comments in their guest book.... clearly a big hit. I hired Fun Frames Photo Booth for my son's Bar Mitzvah party. Mechelle was very responsive and made a customized decoration for the top of the photo strip that matched our invitation. The evening of the party she was prompt and everyone enjoyed the props provided. I paid a little more to have her make an extra copy of every photo taken that night in order to create a scrap book. We recently had a wedding and hired Fun Frames to provide a photo booth. From the get go, Mechelle was so great to work with. She was professional, timely and communicative. We got exactly what we expected. The wedding guests absolutely LOVED having them there and there wasn't a time where there wasn't a long queue for the booth. I used Fun Frames for the photo booth at our wedding and highly recommend them. Mechelle was very flexible about changes I requested in the week before the wedding, to come an hour and a half earlier and to add their guestbook service. She was also very attentive to detail, and worked with us on several drafts of our photo strip until we had exactly the strip we wanted. The photo booth was also easy to use and a hit at the party. Everyone loved it and loved the props that were provided. We will love and treasure the photos forever and are so happy we got the guestbook service - Fun Frames provided the supplies so that guests could keep a copy of their photo strip, and also paste one into the guestbook with their handwritten comments for us. Fun Frames also included a CD of all of the images. My only complaint is that I had specifically requested extra pages given that we had 225 guests at our wedding, and this wasn't actually provided the day of our wedding. As a result, our guests told us later the guestbook had filled up toward the end of the night so some people were unable to paste in their strips. It's not the end of the world since we have the digital images, but that's the reason I'm giving them 4 rather than 5 stars.
