They saved the day! My garage door failed at 7:15 am as I was trying to leave for work. I called Adam at 7:45 am and Mychal showed up about 90 minutes later, right on schedule. My door was stuck in a partially open position, and after my attempts to *fix* the problem by disengaging the motor and trying to force the door down, I was left with bent tracks, several rollers had popped off, and the door was now really stuck and crooked with a 2' opening on one side and a 3' opening on the other. Mychal quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work. A couple hours later my door was back in business, opening and closing more smoothly than it has in years! Mychal installed new cables, new cable drums, and new rollers. He also adjusted the torsion spring, realigned the tracks, and recalibrated the door stop position. He even lubricated the tracks and programmed my remote for good measure. Awesome service and very professional! All at an incredibly reasonable price. I couldn't be more satisfied and will recommend Trinity Overhead Garage Doors to all my friends without hesitation. read more

I live in Benicia and like to use services based in Benicia. I called and left a message with my phone number twice and never got a call back. I guess this place is too busy or unwilling to use an answering service. i called John's Garage Door Service and got a quick response and my business. read more

These guys were great. They came out on a Wednesday when the garage spring broke and the door would not open. Adam was my garage tech, extremely efficient, quickly assessed the problem, gave me a fair quote, and got the problem fixed immediately, Trinity Garage is my new go-to, and Adam is who I would specifically ask for. Thanks Adam! read more

Adam responded to my inquiry for a garage door repair service very quickly and was able to offer an appointment a couple days later. Service was quick and professional. We were provided clear explanations about the problem and cost for the repair upfront. We've had two other techs out over the past year and they both completely missed what turned out to be a kind of obvious problem, assuming you're familiar with garage doors I don't know much about garage pricing, but the charge seemed reasonable given how much replacing the entire opener would have cost. I'd definitely recommend and call Trinity again for future garage door issues read more

Adam was amazing! Took my call right away. Walked me through the repair. He was trustworthy and honest. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I would recommend him to everyone. This is the only company I will use from now on. Thank you so much Adam!! read more

A few years ago one of the springs broke on my garage door. The original installer I purchased the door and opener from was no longer available so I searched online for another garage door company. I read their reviews and decided to call the one I felt comfortable with and plus it was local. The service tech came that same day and changed out both springs, he was absolutely great. Once done he also pointed out a few issues with the track's rollers. I decided to change them out and what a big difference in noise reduction it made. Anyway, I've been wanting to replace my torn and rodent chewed bottom seal for some time now. I couldn't remember the name of the company that replaced my springs a few years ago nor locate the receipt invoice, I resorted to an online search again. Like a few years ago I went for a local company and gave them a call. I spoke with Adam from Trinity Overhead Garage Door. Told him of my problem and he asked me to take a photo of the door's bottom seal's track area to ensure he had the right part in stock. I took a few photos and texted them to him. The next morning he got back to me with a price quote and a time frame for installation - that day or the next. I chose the same day and the service tech arrived within a couple of hours. I stayed around and watched him remove and replace the seal. It's definitely a task left to a professional. As I watched him I realized that I remembered him from the broken spring repair a few years back, it was Mychal. The installation was completed but there was a broken panel bracket that required replacing, he took care of it. He also adjusted the springs to make the door "lighter" which reduced stress on the motor and allowed me to lift it easier when it was disconnected from the motor. Adam's price quote from yesterday's phone conversation stood , only adding $10 for the panel (no charge for adjusting the springs. I'm sure glad that I found Trinity Overhead Garage Door again and will continue to use this 5 star company for all of my garage door issues. read more

I called for a quote for garage door maintenance after my garage door wouldn't open past halfway. The business owner Adam took a few minutes to ask me some questions to understand the issue I was having and was able to help me fix my garage door without having to come out, saving me time and money. If I ever need garage door service or updates, Adam will be my first call. read more

I needed my garage door motor replaced earlier this week and I'm so glad I called Trinity. They were able to come out within a few hours to get the door working (temporarily) and came back the next day to install the new motor. My door is much quieter with the new motor, I now have a battery backup in the event of a power outage and I can even open and close the door from an app on my phone. Also, I was very happy with the price. Adam was great to work with for scheduling and Mychal was an excellent installer. I will certainly call them back when it's time to replace my door. This was a good experience and I'm so pleased with the new motor! read more

Very promt, reasonably-priced and pleased with job. Definitely would recommend. Owner was great read more

Adam suggested that the problem with our garage door not closing properly was related to misaligned sensors. After adjusting one of the sensors myelf ( I assumed the sensor that was blinking was the culprit), our garage door started working again. Yey! Thank you, Adam. I assured Adam, should we experience problems with our garage door again, he will be the first one we will call. read more

My garage door wouldn't close late one night. I messaged Trinity on Yelp and I received a call from Adam first thing the next morning. Adam was able to get a technician out that same morning to complete the repair even though he had a booked schedule! He understood that I was concerned about the security of my house with a broken garage door. Adam and his technician were both very prompt and professional! This is definitely a company contact I will have on hand if needed again! I highly recommend! read more

GSD. (get sh*t done). That's the term I think of after I got my garage door springs replaced from Trinity. Adam answered the phone, assessed my situation, advised me of the fix, gave me a fair price, and got it done! read more

Adam was quick and responsive, he gave an over-the-phone estimate, which he stuck to. His garage door expert, was exactly that, an expert. With good humor he arrived and corrected the situation so that the garage door operated as good as new. Superb service. My go-to if I ever need a repair, again, on my electric door opener. This company is truly a blessing, swift, professional and excellance were all exhibited in the successful completion of this work. read more

I ultimately did not end up working with Trinity, but I do appreciate their efforts to win my business in an industry that has been hit like all others with COVID related delays and supply chain issues. Adam is very responsive and makes considering and ordering a garage door easy via text, and does his very best to comprehensively explain the product lines and various other details that are important when considering a garage door. Every new customer should expect delays right now (from all garage door manufacturers) especially when ordering any door that has a-typical dimensions or any sort of customization. Regardless, Adam was surprisingly able to coordinate with his preferred manufacturer for a very reasonable lead-time on a replacement. Too bad I couldn't take advantage of it. I recommend working with Adam on your next project to see what he can do for you. Thanks, Adam and Trinity!! read more

I have gotten my garage replaced and fixed two times and both times have been great. Highly recommend.

We went to open the garage door yesterday, and to our unfortunate surprise, it would not open. Using the red rope, I got it open and closed, but thereafter, could not get the motor to reengage and open the garage door. I expected a draw-out repair process and significant repair costs. I called Trinity Overhead and spoke with Adam, who, after receiving the requested photos over the phone, walked me through the process of re-engaging the trolly and motor. In addition to some adjustment tips, the whole process took less than 15 minutes. I am so grateful to Adam and Trinity Overhead Garage Doors. I was so thankful that I offered to make a payment over the phone, but Adam insisted that payment was not necessary. As we all know, this same process could have been a drawn-out, relatively expensive affair, but it is so cool to know that there are still folks around, like Adam, who put helping out over the profit motive. Thanks again, Adam. read more

The last thing I wanted to hear in the morning was the garage door opener die as it came to a crashing close. I was referred to Trinity about a year ago when I was considering upgrading the opener but decided to hold off. The customer service then was wonderful when we were working options and quotes so they were the first business I called when this happened. I called Adam on a Tuesday, and his technician Michael was able to get it up and running the next day. Both are awesome. They were communicative and on time(rare these days) and the work was done very well and very cleanly. Michael showed me around the garage door and he was off. 100% recommend them to anyone looking to do any garage or garage door service. Appreciate you all! read more

This company epitomizes great customer service. My garage opener died on New Year's Day of course and I figured everyone was closed. I decided to go on yelp and request a quote and just wait a couple of days for a reply. Within a few minutes I received a reply from Adam the owner. He didn't just provide a quote but worked around my schedule to get it done. His install guy was professional and clearly an extension of how Adam was. I'd recommend these guys for sure. read more

Trinity Garage doors was very quick to respond! I sent a message via Yelp, Adam responded within minutes with a very reasonable quote AND was able to schedule my repair for that afternoon. I was pleased with the repair & how friendly his employee was. I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future if I need my garage repaired or replaced! read more

In short, I have nothing but praise for Trinity Overhead Garage Doors and Jonathan Solis; they are the best! I plan on calling them next year for the suggested tune-up. However, please read on, I promise it'll be worth your time. When the garage door wouldn't open, I didn't panic; just thought the remote needed a battery. When the keypad didn't get the garage door up, but I heard the motor working, a tad of concern crept in. It was only when I discovered none of my house keys worked when panic set in (that's a story for another time). The next logical thing I could do was call my neighbor for a flashlight and crowbar...it was after 8 p.m. Well, after an hour or so of my sensible neighbor (who didn't bring a crowbar) and me getting the door up, which miraculously hadn't locked, and working on it, frustration replaced the panic. It seems the cable was tangled and parts had rusted; a clamp wasn't moving the rod; the motor started sounding sick; the top portion had come off the track, and, the door was becoming a tad heavy for a 66-year-old to continue to hold up. All in all, we got the door up and down for me to get inside the house with all my packages. Then the hunt was on for the closest, most reliable and affordable garage door repair service. Thanks to the internet and Yelp, since the Yellow Pages are a thing of the forgotten past, I found Trinity Overhead Garage Doors the next afternoon. My initial call to Adam at Trinity the next afternoon resulted with an appointment the next day...oh-oh, I couldn't leave a loaner car out (putting my car in the shop the following morning), but I faced the situation and accepted the appointment. Well, low and behold, less than an hour later Adam called saying he could send someone out that day by 5 p.m.....all based on the sound of my voice! Thank you, Adam. True to his word, the technician, Jonathan, rang my doorbell well within Adam's quoted time frame. Jonathan quickly went to work evaluating the problem while constantly commenting on how dangerous it was that two sixty-somethings were working on the door, and lucky it didn't hit us/me in the head or fall on either. Although we had diagnosed some of the problems while missing others, there is a cable wheel on the other side, and the motor was fine; just goes to show, two computer geeks should limit their talents. Anyway, Jonathan fixed all the current problems while repairing an installation misstep within two hours...all for a very reasonable price. read more

I sent a project out because my garage door would only close using the keypad. It would not close using the remotes. Adam suggested to check the alignment of the sensors. Lo and behold the remotes were working and closed the garage door. I greatly appreciate Adam's free suggestion and tip. Other companies were going to charge at least $99 to come out. I will definitely keep his company in mind next time I have any problems with my garage door. Thanks again Adam! read more

The garage door opener failed to lower the door. Lights were blinking. Opened Yelp and answered the questions to match my inquiry to services in my area. Adam messaged me as soon as I sent the form. Less than an hour later I met Mychal. He diagnosed the genie silent max 1000 as a blown chipset. The quote was $700 for a top of the line lift master but the bulk of the cost is the labor. It's not a 5 star review because $60 was charged for a pair of cables. For $700 upfront cost, I would think those replacement cables should have been included. However, the owner, Adam is an informative and no nonsense salesman. read more

This company is great! I called them in the morning and they said they'd be at our house between 11:00am & 12:00pm. They arrived at 10:45am!! The work was done in about an hour. Mychal did a great job! I would have no problem recommending this company!! read more

A spring above our garage door broke and my husband couldn't get his car out of the garage for work. I called Trinity Overhead and left a voicemail, and received a call back from Adam in less than an hour. He said he was able to send someone out same day. I saw on their site that their normal hours are 9-4, so I said I don't get off work until 5 and we could do a different day. Adam said that was not a problem and a technician named Mike would be out between 5:30 and 6. Amazing! Mike was on time, really nice, and very efficient. He replaced both springs above our garage door in no time. I also thought the cost of the parts and labor was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Trinity Overhead Garage Doors! read more

My experience with Adam and his team was fantastic! I sent Adam a message this morning via Yelp regarding an issue I was having with my door. He literally responded within minutes. Penny T I meant to post this here on yelp but put it on Google reviews a while back by mistake so here it is. I called several garage repair companies for help but no one responded except Adam at Trinity Overhead. I believe he is local in Lompoc. He was the 5th company I had called and he came out in about an hour, when I could not get the time of day from anyone else. He took care of business and had everything working and good to go. I was very grateful because my car was stuck in the garage and I couldn't do anything about it. Unfortunately about a week later the garage door failed again, not sure why. I called Adam and he came out and looked it over and had it working again and didn't charge me a dime. So I am very grateful to him for a job well done and backing up his work. I'm not sure what caused the second failure, all I know is Adam took care of it and didn't charge me anything. So I was very grateful to Adam and of course I highly recommend him. I am a very satisfied customer. All of this occurred last year end of September 2022 and everything is still working well. Thanks Adam read more

Great communication, customer service, and fast response. A pleasure doing business with.

Trinity Overhead was extremely responsive and helpful with a recent issue I had with my Chamberlain garage door opener and remote. As it would be expensive and time consuming to have a technician come to my house, Trinity was kind enough to help me by phone. I got detailed instructions and instruction videos to fix the problem that I had been unsuccessful to fix on my own. This was unexpected and outstanding customer service. All businesses should strive to prove such great assistance. If I ever need garage door repair or new garage doors, I will only be calling Trinity. As such, I highly recommend them! read more

Trinity Overhead Garage Door went above and beyond my expectation to repair our garage door and installing a new garage door opener. Adam was a pleasure to work with. These guys are my saviors. My husband and I were dismayed to find out that the loud metallic bang we heard on Friday night was the spring on our garage door snapping. The next day, the garage door motor was not able to lift the door. It was far too heavy for us to lift it either and my car was being held hostage. I had to get to work on Monday and we needed it fixed urgently. I tried calling a local company that claimed that they were open 24/7. He said that we were too far away to help us. When I pointed out that they were only 1.5 miles away from us. He said that the crew was too far away on a job to get to us. He said they would be able to come out on Monday and when I told him that I needed to get to work on Monday, he told me that I would need to take an Uber! I called another local company and he said he would be right over. He never showed up and never bothered to confirm but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I finally came to the conclusion that he was not going to show and called Trinity at 4:30. These guys are 22 miles away from us but he talked with me and had me send some pictures and take a few measurements to see if they had the parts we needed. He said that he could have a technician out on Sunday morning between 9 and 11. Mychal showed up at 10:00 and fixed the spring and answered a few questions. He was polite and did not seem to be angry about having to work on a Sunday morning. I contacted the owner to give him my credit card number, like we agreed and he even ended the phone call stating that he appreciated me. I appreciate them helping me out in a pinch more. I'll gladly give them a five star review. read more
