My eighty-five-year-old neighbor had trouble with her garage door--it wouldn't open, which was frustrating. I reached out to Perry Garage Door, and Perry himself came over and got it working again within hours. He did an excellent job, and my neighbor was pleased with how it turned out. We're excited to share this incredible experience with our family and friends and highly recommend their service! read more

Quick response and repair of a broken spring in our garage door. Came over and helped my husband lift the door so we could get our cars out since he couldn't do the repair until the next day. We appreciated the quick response. read more

They are a local father/son business. They are pleasant, honest and punctual. They repaired our door that had a broken tension lift spring.

I called Perry's at 12:00/noon and Gage was there by 1:00pm. I needed a second remote linked to the opener. He also did a check of the overall door mechanics, bolts and oiled the rods. Gage was knowledgeable, thorough and polite. We used Perrys to install the Lift Master system and when I need another system, I will definitely use them. What I thought would be a hassle turned out to be effortless. Who doesn't like that? Thank you, Perry Garage Doors. read more

My garage door whacked out and the cables were all wonky. I asked on Nextdoor who my neighbors recommended and Seth Perry's name was on the top of people's lists. I reached out to Seth, he came by, said he could help me out so I hired him. The next day, Seth and his son came by and fixed our garage door for a very fair price. read more

We can highly recommend Perry Garage Doors. Seth responded fast and he was able to fix our door for a reasonable price.

Our custom garage door was damaged in a car incident. Seth came over immediately, implemented a temporary fix while he found a matching door so it was consistent with the other door. Highly recommend Perry Garage Doors! read more

No one knows Valley Club Circle's garage doors any better. Always friendly, goes out of his way to be accessible. Quality of work excellent

We have used this company in the past! But couldn't get a return call for two weeks! Finally gave up and called another guy, He showed up the same day! read more

Seth Perry was at our home to look at garage door and get an estimate. He was very unprofessional, verbally snapped at me more than once, got emotional and defensive when I answered his questions. Then got really angry when I wouldn't tell him who I hired to come look at garage the night when the door wouldn't close. Seth Perry was aggressive towards me while he and I were alone in the closed garage. His tone was threatening. I did not feel safe. He got loud and my mother-in-law could hear him from inside the house. My husband came out to see what was happening. We don't want him back on our property. Having to deal with his angry attitude. It definitely was not a professional job or demeanor. Seth Perry was SO Rude. do not hire him or be alone with him. Others have seen this side of him as well. read more

We did not have a good experience with this gentleman. I still believe we were taken for a ride, plus had to deal with his angry attitude. It definitely was not a professional job or demeanor. I'm giving him one star only to post the review. read more

Seth Perry and his Garage Service business are top notch. Had a situation with a broken garage door opener and door that was stuck in the open position. Seth came over on a Sunday afternoon in a driving rainstorm to save the day. Very knowledgeable in assessing the problem, fixing it, and at a very competitive price. He was pleasant and efficient, couldn't be happier with his work. Highly recommend him and his business, if you have anything wrong with your garage door or the machine itself. read more

I have used him a couple times now and have had great experiences both times. First time he installed a new garage door motor and most recently he repaired an aging door that will probably help it limp along for another few years. Nice guys and quality work. read more

I called Perrys garage door service for a quote on replacing my garage door. Seth came out the next week and said he could replace for $950.00 .I agreed. He came the next week to install. He framed the inside of the garage to hold the brackets that he was going to install. . Once he installed the brackets he realized he had made a mistake and installed the wrong brackets. He told my wife since he made an error he would have to charge us an additional $150.00. She called me at work to inform me of what was happening. After a brief argument with Seth I agreed reluctantly to pay half. He then said he could not finish the work until the following week. I said he could not just leave our house vulnerable for another week and to please put the old door back on before leaving. He said I'm not doing it and hung up the phone. He then according to my wife through a tantrum while cussing and throwing objects around our garage. He then left leaving sheet metal screws in our driveway and garage. He would not return our calls and abandoned the job leaving the wrong brackets in place and propping my garage back up with a board. Besides writing this review I'm going to contact the Better Business bureau and the State contractors board. I'm not sure why this guy thinks he can do this to people. Unbelievable read more

Seth Perry arrived on time, replaced both torsion springs and serviced the door so it is smooth and quiet. Explained what he was doing and how to lubricate the rollers and tracks in the future to keep it working well. A pleasure to deal with. Will use again. read more

The spring on our metal roll-up garage door broke two days before Christmas. Our neighbor recommended Perry. I expected to be told an appointment would be in the second or third week of January. Instead Kenneth came in the afternoon on December 23rd! He politely, professionally and efficiently replaced the spring. I recommend using Perry Garage Doors. read more

Thanks for coming out same day Seth! The door is working much better now.

Really happy with the service Seth Perry provided! I had a non functional (10 year old) garage door. It wouldn't stay closed. I thought it might have been the sensors. Seth came the same morning I called him and he replaced a key part (not the motor). He explained exactly what was amiss, and all was winthin an hour...I would highly recommend him and his expertise! read more

Last night our garage door wouldn't open - broken torsion spring. Garage door failed on a Friday. Left a message and they got back to us first thing Monday morning. Tuesday appointment arrived in time and had the problem figured out before he even got here. Very pleased with the customer service. I called him on Wednesday, and he came out on Saturday to replace two struts on our garage door. Extremely pleased with Seth Perry's responsiveness, work quality, efficiency and price. He is a professional who explained exactly what was needed and gave me a very low estimate of cost, in my opinion. Since I was interested, he explained every step he was doing. He replaced the torsion spring on my garage door, lubricated the drive track, etc. all in the time it took me to drink a cup of coffee!! I'll never use any other garage door company. read more

Seth is a great guy, and very honest and professional. We had a semi-custom door made (all glass panels) and while it was a long wait for the door, we didn't have to wait long for Seth to let us know it was ready to install. He showed up on time and installed the door beautifully. It's so quiet. We are so happy with it. I wish I could attach photos to show his beautiful work and what a difference it made to the curb appeal of our home. (It's the best house on the block now!!) read more

I found Perry on Yelp and have now used him twice and both with excellent service. First, I needed a garage door installed on a garage that didn't have one. he gave me clear, precise suggestions and pricing and I decided on a model over the phone. He arrived on time and did a great job. Today he came out to a rental house I own and he quickly reprogrammed the openers, fixed the keypad and even took the initiative to oil the track since it was a little noisy. he was right on time, had a great attitude and did an excellent job. Thank you. read more

Have used Perry's service a few times and in the beginning his service was perfect. The last two times he did not return phone calls for a week and then yesterday he did not show up when he said he would. My renters are being patient, but in my opinion, Perry's was irresponsible. We won't use them again. read more

We called on Perry Garage Door to take a look at our garage door which made a terrible noise on opening and closing. Seth came round and within a few minutes had sorted out the problem for us. Seth is not just knowledgable but happy and efficient. He repaired two doors. One was a secondary request on a door other companies had given up on. But he fixed it! It pays to find someone who works for himself and wants to do his best. read more

- One of my garage door springs broke and slammed causing the framing to warp. Called Seth mid day during the week with an emergency since the door wouldn't even open manually. He came out first thing in the morning and straightened everything out to allow me to open it manually. Then within 48 hrs was back with new springs he special ordered for my application. Re-secured my whole door track along with re-positioning the spring frame into a different secure location. Since the original setup wasn't installed probably years ago. Mr Perry is a very courteous and professional individual, also does exception work with reliable prices. Thanks again read more
