I called up Yolo Garage, and spoke with Fernando the owner. I told him what was the issue. He immediately, booked an appointment to have a repair person come to our house that same day, to take a look at the garage door, to determine what could be the problem. That afternoon, Javier came over to examine what caused the garage door to stop functioning. In a matter of minutes, he informed me what was the problem, and what needed to be done to fix it, and the total cost to do the repair. I agreed to have him repair it. He quoted me a fair price. Javier said he had all the parts to fix it in about an hour. I was relieved to hear this. After about an hour, the repair had been completed. He explained what the repair entailed, and what he did to repair it. Javier did a fantastic job! The garage door is working perfectly again. I'll definitely, be calling Fernando again, when it's time to perform the one year maintenance, and any other problem that may occur with our garage door.
