First off Adam was the only one to answer his phone this morning, which led to him coming over to repair my falling off the track garage door. He mentioned his truck was being repaired and he would be over asap. An hour later he called and said his truck was still down, but he would grab his other vehicle and head over. Being so he didn't have a ladder or many tools, but he got right to work and even made some more adjustments to my door, which was installed incorrectly by another company. The repair tech came out within a 2-hr appt span made with our mom. They also called my husband (so that he could be there with our mom). The 2 star was for the repair tech who was very honest & informed us that the garage door did not need to be adjusted as we originally thought. The 3rd star was for the suggestion made by the repair tech for a push button keypad which is so much easier for our mom to use. 4th star was for the repair tech who could have done repairs that were not necessary but he didn't. 5th star is for recommendations to future customers and future personal garage door repairs. I'm unable to give a review on the work they do but I had spoke with Adam about having my garage door replaced and sent him pictures of my old door. He gave me a quote over the phone and after getting other estimates I decided to go with him. Even though his quote was 200 more. I was willing to go with a company that's located near me. I texted him to let him know that price was right and I wanted to go with him. He told me he would need to come and measure. That was the last time I heard from him. He must not need the business.
