I called Saturday, spoke to Adam and had an appointment set for Monday 8-10am, 11:30 rolls around no call no show. So I leave the house because I had to pick up my daughter at 11:50. Finally at 12:30pm I get a call from Antonio, the installer saying that he missed my appointment and ask to give him a call so he can come service my door. It's pretty obvious that he forgot the appointment. I didn't even get an apology for wasting half of my day and for being so unprofessional. Needless to say I can not comment on the work since it never happened but call at your own risk since they are unreliable and an unprofessional company. read more

Sloppy, messy, don't care attitude hot temper describes them pretty well. They don't own a broom so be prepared to clean up their mess. Not very professional at all. The owner comes out first in his nice looking truck to give estimate. Then comes the two Mexicans speaking broken English in their beat up old pick up to do the lousy install. Used claw hammers to knock out Sheetrock where brackets were installed and then hammer and screw driver to chisel out Sheetrock all along the top of the two car garage door because the new door wouldn't close, and didn't clean up the mess until I had to say something when they were leaving, then cleaned up half assed. Other companies have much higher standards. Owner will stick up for his employees that can't do anything wrong. Price was no big savings. read more

One star for a sleazy business. I contacted Adam Dimora of Trinity Overhead to give me an estimate on a new garage door. I wanted to support Mr. Dimora because he was local and because his website stated "We will beat every written estimate by 10%. GUARANTEED!" Mr Dimora did a thorough job with his estimate. After receiving 4 other estimates I was surprised to find that the Trinity estimate was actually the HIGHEST even though the door/style/quality/work were virtually the same. I took Mr. Dimora at his word, and gave him a call. I told him about the other estimates and offered to send him the lowest written estimate so that he could honor his "guarantee" to provide me with a 10% discount. Mr. Dimora pondered for a moment and then said, he wouldn't go that low. When I mentioned to him that his ad would be considered false advertisement and by law, he has to honor his written (GUARANTEED) promise, he told me, and I quote "Oh well! Marketing is marketing" Needless to say, I would not ever deal with a business that is already dishonest in their advertisement. I can only imagine how he would deal with me, if I had a garage door warranty problem?
