I booked an appointment two days after receiving an estimate in person. I wasn't available in the morning so we agreed to set the appointment from 12-2:30pm. I called at 2pm just to verify if the technician is on his way. They said he is running late and will not be there until 4pm. I then called back at 4pm to see if he was on his way but they just said it will be more like 5pm. I called back at 5:30pm just for them to tell me it will be closer to 6pm. When I pressed the employee, she said it's more like 6:30pm. Then she suggested to reschedule for tomorrow. I cleared my schedule for the day to fix my garage, and even then that wasn't enough time.
