Joseph and his partner did an amazing job replacing our garage door! I really appreciated that Joseph came out yesterday to inspect our existing garage and tried to reboot it first to see if it could be fixed before replacing it. Unfortunately, it couldn't be saved, but I truly appreciate him trying first. They were professional, efficient, and communicated everything clearly. The new garage door looks great and works perfectly! Highly recommend Joseph and his partner for their excellent service and workmanship! read more

We've been using Certified Garage Doors for 6 years now. They're responsive and provide timely service. I've been able to have them come out the same day or the next day. Really nice guys and no pressure. There's a reason they have 5 stars with over 200 reviews. read more

Joseph and his partner did excellent work fixing our broken garage door and raising it higher as requested. They were very careful and precise about where they installed the new racks to make sure everything was properly secure. I really appreciated how honest and upfront they were about what they could and couldn't do, and what the end result would look like -- no surprises. They even helped put everything back on our garage shelf after having to remove it to do the work. Great craftsmanship, and genuinely easy and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend! read more

I don't often write reviews, but I do when I feel someone goes above and beyond. I had Certified install two brand new Liftmaster side mount garage doors recently. There were some service issues the first time around and, unfortunately, the painters I recently had in my garage snapped a few of the sensor wires and I couldn't even close my garage and I was going out of town the next day. I called Joseph, the owner, who shifted things around in his schedule and came out the very next day. He fixed the items the painters had caused, and then I shared a few of the items I wished had gone better the first time around (which weren't his fault). He addressed everything there on the spot, and definitely went above and beyond to ensure that everything was corrected to my expectations and that I was a satisfied customer. Doing business right seems like an easy thing to do, but is a rare thing these days. Joseph is an exception in today's world and I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to friends and neighbors. read more

This review will actually cover two services from Certified. The first one was about a year ago when our opener died. They replaced the motor, suggested considering a new door, but we just went with the new mother. Al did the install and it went really well. Fast forward a year later, the door itself (which is wooden) was starting to rot out. The motor install went so well that I called them again. Cong just replaced the door in about 6 hours and we finally have a completely new set up that's quiet and will hopefully last for some time to come. Cong took his time, and was careful and methodical, which I really appreciate. He made sure to grab me during key points of the installation to make decisions on exactly where I wanted things to be placed. Joseph organized both services and everything was done over calls or text messages. So glad to find company with good people at fair pricing. read more

Pretty solid service. Joseph and Jesus came and not just replaced the door and the system, but there was a problem with the door frame, light was leaking into the garage; they did all they could to fix it, including coming a few times until it was done (it was an additional service but it was worth it). They were reliable. Would recommend. read more

I've used their services twice - last year for a garage door spring repair, and recently for a roller that came off. Both issues required urgency, and both times they came through quickly. They take pride in their work, and go the extra mile to make sure everything else with the door is safe and correctly installed. They also are very honest and professional. Joseph and Al are a pleasure to work with, would definitely recommend. They also warranty their work, which is another big plus. read more

I recently found myself in need of garage spring replacement and turned to Yelp's "request a quote" feature to explore my options. After thorough discussions with various local professionals, Certified Garage Doors stood out for their combination of value and expertise. Joseph, from Certified Garage Doors, was not only prompt in his responses but also incredibly patient in addressing all my inquiries. Despite facing some personal emergencies causing slight delays, Joseph ensured that my concerns were promptly addressed and helped coordinate a convenient repair slot. Al, the technician who conducted the repair, was a true professional. He efficiently replaced the garage springs within an hour.
