We initially got an estimate for a new garage door from Larry McDonald and Vi came out to install it on December 13, 2024. Subsequently we were having some trouble several mos. later with the door closing both with the unit on the wall in the garage and with the two remote units we kept in our cars. Chris and Mike are amazing, Friday night around 11 PM we started to hear a weird buzzing and realized it was our very old garage opener, it was buzzing and the garage door kept opening. On Tuesday I requested an estimate and made an appointment for Wednesday. The estimator showed up on time. My garage had two beams deemed too low to be removed. The estimator told me it was unnecessary. That afternoon, I received the offer. Compared with other offers, it was the least expensive. On Thursday, I accepted the offer, and arrange the installation on next Monday. On Monday, it was installed. I inspected the result. It was very good. The door opened and closed with little noise.
