Coming very fast and replace the spring very fast. Thank a lot for your service. I recommend this company

Very fast response from AV Garage Doors. One spring was broken, but we ended up replacing both springs as recommended and we went with the medium priced spring options. To replace both spring they charged $475 for the price of springs plus $150 for the labor. The total cost was $625. I am not sure if the price was good since I didn't get any other quotations. read more

My old garage door was struggling. I contacted AV Garage Doors and I got lucky because within 30 minutes Mike was at the house! Wow. Within minutes Mike knew exactly what all the problems were and he went over my options. We discussed how technology has changed since 2018, my older door opener, and I made a selection. Mike did repairs on the door rollers (new ones) with new lubricants on all the joints which was part of the door tune up. It was immediately quieter and worked ok but the motor was failing so needed to be replaced. He scheduled the installation for the next morning around 8-9 AM and arrived at 8:01 ! Wow. With all the parts in hand Mike went about the getting the job done installing all the safety features offered, setting up the walk control panel and setting up the App. Speaking control panels, when I asked Mike to swap out to a different control panel to suit my needs he ordered the part and came back a few days later to install it and get it all set up! Again wow. Mike was exceptionally professional and made consistent contact messaging to arrange coming to the house. Great communication! They hauled away all the broken stuff and always left the job site clean. I highly recommend AV Garage Doors ! I was comfortable with the process and though it seemed expensive the technology was worth it and I'm happy with my purchase. Plus Mike was super patient and kindly answered all my questions. Do yourself a big favor and choose AV Garage Doors. read more

I called AV Garage because one of the pulley cords were disconnected. Mike was the tech and he was friendly and professional. He did an assessment and identified the underlying issue which was an old rusty spring and pole. Mike provided me with pricing for 2 options: pulley or pulley/springs, and gave me pros and cons of both without any pressure to go with the higher option. The pricing that he provided was highly cost effective for both options. Mike finished the job in half the time that he estimated, and even went above and beyond by replacing the bearing plates at no extra cost. Job well done. I would definitely use Mike and AV Garage Doors again. read more

AV came out and gave a more logical assessment of what was causing my garage door opener to fail to life the door inconsistently. The company that gave an estimate before then recommended unnecessary work. AV recommended replacing the sensors to immediately restore function and made recommendations for maintenance work that they felt should be done soon to keep things optimally operational. They were able to replace the sensors on site for a reasonable cost and I was back in business right then. I have waited a week to make sure their repair held before reviewing their work. It's working great so far! I will call them back out for future work! read more
