Very fast and get things fixed within 2 hours. I will defefintely recommended it to everyone.

In short: Level 10 Overhead Door is super approachable, honest, straightforward, and their price is one of the most affordable you can find, all without sacrificing service quality. They will be my go-to service from now on, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. The long story: My brother recently had his garage door fixed in Sacramento, which taught us that prices can vary greatly among businesses for the exact same service, parts, and quality. We were also warned that sometimes the initial quote can be low then the extra items that need to be done can be priced very differently and can make the total jump up significantly, so it's not easy to compare among businesses. It made me very stressed when it was my turn to fix my garage door. I sent a request for quote on Yelp to several places for a torsion spring and cable replacement. Most businesses kept offering to come out right away to give an accurate quote without giving a price range, but I didn't want to deal with having to say no on the spot after being surprised by a high price. Only a few gave clear price ranges and lists of what they would do. My friends even requested quotes for me, and we were surprised by how massive the price differences were. Some businesses charged double what others did, or gave completely different quote ranges to different Yelp users! With all that in mind, I decided to contact Level 10 Overhead Door because their information was consistent, and their pricing matched what my brother had paid before. They didn't push the estimation visit but were able to give me an exact quote just by having me text them a picture of my garage door! What a convenience! Within the hour, their technician arrived with a truck full of tools and started work immediately. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what I would need for my future opener setup. She did a wonderful job, cleaned up, and lubricated everything. Just out of kindness, she even took the time to take off screws and replace the rollers on the end brackets for me - a task I was originally planning to do myself. What I loved most was the overall attitude of both the lady on the phone and the technician on-site. They didn't mind my questions, laid out all the options for me (like torsion choices) without being pushy at all, and were happy with whatever decision I made. I also really appreciated how the technician did extra things for me voluntarily, but acted like it was no big deal, unlike many people who tend to make a big scene about their extra effort. I am sharing this not just because I'm thankful to them, but because I feel truly lucky to have found them. I want to share my experience so other homeowners can save themselves the stress of finding an affordable, high-quality business they can actually trust. read more

I had Level 10 come out before when our garage door needed to be replaced and they provided great service. Recently, I had the garage door spring snap so I reached out to them to come out to fix it. They had someone come out the same day to replace the springs and Ayah did a great job. The garage door sensor was kinda funky after that but I reached back out and they sent someone back out just to check and fix. Overall, they still provide a great service and gave me a discount for being a returning customer. read more

10/7/2026 : Couldn't be happier, I had them swap out an overhead opener for side mounted! Very quick response, provided a straight up estimate that was very reasonable. They added a fee for tuning up the door, because I was having some clanging issues and specifically pushed for it (for my specific case). The tech came on time, was very polite, strongly advised me to swap my new spring Green Hinges back to the old quiet ones, which took 2 minutes for him to do, the clanging went away and the overhead springs automatically became balanced -- I just wanted peace of mind and a benchmark after I diy installed some Henry insulation from Home Depot (highly recommend as well!). The whole job took about two hours, the tech, Javier, was polite and respectful the whole time, did meticulous work, and provided good advice. The door runs very silently now, I can take deep relaxing breaths! This process was eating away at me for over a year, and to finally have it done, the next morning, at a reasonable price and zero drama is the best experience! I highly recommend them, seriously, pull the trigger! Of course, maintaining your door and springs is on you, which I'll do, (oh god, not having to deal with that overhead track, omg!!). If anything changes I'll update here, but otherwise, assume it's all still working out great! read more

Very professional and quick. They came in with great availability and flexibility on the pricing and also finished the job very quickly.

I received a response and call back within 10 mins of requesting a quote and sure enough they were the most competitive. I was quoted an arrival withing 30mins and they showed up right on time. We needed both springs replaced. The technicians were very efficient. All in all great customer service from the techs and Karla who took our information down. The very prompt service is much appreciated! Highly recommend read more

Was given a estimate for $49 flat rate through Yelp projects. Thought I got a deal for a quick sensor rewiring job. Upon arrival, was told it would be $125, and that $49 is for doing the estimate itself! Their language is very ambiguous. Most other businesses do free estimates and gave me a direct charge for something so straightforward and quick. Worse yet, the person left without putting what they took apart together again. Horrible! I'm disappointed they wouldn't try to work something out with me. I luckily found somone else to come out a hour later for a price in the middle. read more

Stop...Buyer Beware! I don't normally write negative reviews but this is possibly the worst customer experience in memory. Will not honor their installation of 4 year old springs out of balance, still under 5 year warranty. My Home Inspector with 30 years of experience tested the door and indicated the springs were likely undersized for my door to start, but otherwise, should never be in this condition in only 4 years. When I called and spoke with Omar (asked for Owner/Manager to discuss), at first he stalled me and would not give his name, then lied about his role as the listed Business Owner. To avoid responsibility he wouldn't describe his warranty terms and tried to convince me without even seeing the door springs it was my responsibility to maintenance every year, so not his problem. Wanted to charge me a "maintenance call" to come see. Even after several calls I suggested if he can demonstrate the doors will balance I'd pay, but then he simply refused to service at all. Sure, the reviews you see are glowing about prompt service when he comes to collect your money, but if you have a problem later, good luck! read more

Let me start by saying this company is top tier in their customer service and really understands what their customers want/need. Had a garage door installed by them about 8 yrs ago and just needed a quick repair this year. I called and they took care of it same day! I've dealt with Omar back when it was installed and again for the repair and he is very knowledgeable and honest with his work. Our home will ONLY use this company for all our garage door needs moving forward. 100% recommend if you're a first time home owner (like us) or if you just need someone to help you with your garage doors! read more

They were quick to respond and incredibly fast and accurate with diagnosing the issue. The initial fee was 75 but waived since we decided to complete the work with them. read more

great services. repair was prompt. Our garage door won't close and it turned out the sensor was defective.

Our garage door has been falling apart with hardware falling out. This company messaged us back on Christmas Day and Omar came out the very next day to replace parts and fix our garage door. It runs even better than before. Thank you so much for the responsiveness and quick service! Will definitely hire in the future when we remodel our home to replace our door! read more

I recommend this garage door company. I had a spring that was broken and got in contact with Level 10. They were able to come out within an hour to replace the spring at a fair price. A few weeks later I realized that the garage had been making some noise. They came out to address and fix the issue without hesitation. I feel like anyone can run a mile but Level 10 will go the extra mile!! Thank you!! read more

My original review is below. The owner contacted me several times and followed up with specifics about the parts used. So, Yelp Karma and pay the responsiveness back! Original Review: When your car is stuck in your garage, you are at the mercy of these repair people who know it. While I am grateful that the employee showed up quickly, I paid about $70-100 more than others quoted. I was given a receipt that did not indicate the price but offered some parts and labor guarantees. Hoping for the best, but if you can shop for quotes and access your car, shop around. Also, after I posted my initial review, the owner wrote back to me and, well...read the screenshot and judge for yourself. read more

What a difference it makes to work with a professional organization with qualified technicians. Several months back, I had a spring break on my roll-up door. I had hired a different company to do the repair. They botched the job and a couple of weeks later came out and did an inadequate repair which failed a couple of days ago. After spending a couple of days scheduling them, their technician came out today and insisted that the problem was unrelated to their previous repairs. He wanted me to pay almost $500 more for this repair. I made it clear that I wasn't paying them any more money and started looking for alternatives. Level 10 responded promptly, provided a good price up front (close to half what the other guy wanted) and dispatched a crew immediately. The crew that showed up seemed to consist of a senior technician and a trainee, but both seemed competent and efficient. From first contact to repair completed was just under 2 hours. I'm super happy with their service and the pricing. Excellent value. read more

They showed up on time, they were very nice and very knowledgeable!!!!! Not only did they fix our gate controller then they helped me program both vehicles to open both gates!!!! They didn't ask for extra payment for helping with the programming of the vehicles and when i payed them a little extra they pointed out it was more then I owed which made me feel even better about giving a little extra!!!!!! I will always use them and highly recommend you do the same!!!!! read more

I had a mysterious beeping in my garage for a few weeks and after exhausting many efforts to solve the problem I reached out Level 10 to see if there was a problem with the battery in my recently installed garage door opener. They promptly arrived prepared to replace the battery. However, the beeping was not from my garage door opener!! The Service personnel promptly offered to help try and locate the noise that was echoing all over the garage. After a cursory look around they were as puzzled as I had been after weeks of scouring the garage. Just as they were leaving, they happened to notice something in a basket that had been sitting out in the open...an old smoke alarm! I felt so foolish. I must have moved that basket a dozen times in my search and never noticed it, nor had the beeping seemed to be emanating from there, but that was in fact the culprit. Needless to say I appreciate their efforts to go the extra mile to support a customer! I'll be sure to recommend Level 10 if the opportunity arises. P.S. I am also very happy with the service and responsiveness I received with my original door installation!!!! read more

I bought a Genie brand of a door opener and just need this company to just install it for me. The handyman kept on asking me to buy another brand, a LiftMaster from him. I guess they get commission from LiftMaster. I checked the model he was trying to sell me and compared with the model I bought. I find out the model I bought was much better. I decided to keep my original plan. This Handyman was not concentrating on his job. He talked on the phone, joked and laughed a lot during the work. After the installation, he could not even make it up and running. He had to call someone to walk him through. After he left, I found out he missed one screw on an important area, see photo. I called them, Omar, the owner, refused to fix it for me. He argued that it didn't require to have all 4 screws on, missing one was fine etc. I disagree, it is important to have all screws on. This is a supporting area. I will put it on myself to make it safer. This company is NOT responsible. I will NOT recommend anyone to hire them. read more

Came promptly. Got the job done at a price that seemed reasonable (in comparison with other Yelp listed businesses)

We had a very old solid 15-foot garage door with the original old hardware. The spring decided to stop working and snapped in half (fortunately we were not in the garage but the sound was loud and scary). Reached out to Level 10 and Omar responded very quickly and stopped by the next morning to check the existing door and gave us the estimate for the new door. The price is reasonable so no reason to not do it. Monday 8am the guys came and replaced with the new door and hardware. They are professional, super friendly, and finished the job in just 3 hours. The result looks great. read more

One of my garage door springs snapped a few nights ago, so the door wouldn't open and our cars were stuck inside, behind a very heavy door. I sent a message to Level 10 here on Yelp, and within 15 minutes I had an appointment for 8am the next morning. Early the next morning, the technician arrived and replaced the springs with new high cycle springs. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
