I had a great experience with Pro Line Garage Doors. David helped coordinate the project, and Carlos completed the installation of both a two-car garage door with a new opener and a one-car garage door. I wanted a specific style and color, so the doors had to be manufactured to order, which took about four weeks as expected. Once they arrived, Carlos completed the entire installation in one day. I'm very happy with the quality of the work. Both doors are perfectly aligned, seal very well, and open and close smoothly and quietly. The installation looks clean and professional, and Carlos paid attention to all the small details. They also removed the old doors and cleaned up all the packaging and debris afterward, leaving everything neat and tidy. Overall, the whole process was straightforward and professional from beginning to end. I'm very pleased with how the new garage doors turned out and would definitely recommend Pro Line Garage Doors. read more

Proline installed a garage door for me a couple of years ago. The installation of the door went fine with no issues. A couple of years later, the door would close all the way, and then through an error code and reopen. In order to use the door, we pulled the string on the motor to release the motor from the door and use the door manually. We called pro line for a service call to come check the door out and do it was necessary to fix it. We fully expect to pay for this. Per line let us know that they could come same day between one and two. I called the office and canceled my appointments for 1 to 4 this afternoon in order to make sure I could be home. After I did that, proline sends me a video of how to try to fix it myself. I texted them that I did not want to fix it myself and that I had just cleared my appointments. Then they tell me that they're actually booked with their schedule for the day and cannot make it out here. Sounds like great service to me. If you wanna waste your time call these people. Horrible customer service. Didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me that they had misspoken about scheduling me. Unprofessional and unapologetically discourteous . UPDATE: He response is completely misleading. Our son, who was six years old at the time, had been diagnosed with cancer. Right after our garage door was installed, he was admitted to the intensive care unit. My wife and I basically lived at the hospital with him for three months. After he passed away we began getting reminder calls on this bill and made payment on the garage door immediately. We explained all of this to the business owner. For him to throw our personal life out on public media show you what kind of company he's running. You are a sad person. read more

We called several companies for a slightly urgent need for a brand new garage door. Pro Line was the last call, even when we thought we were going to get the job done with the other guys. When David arrived he made the process easy, had the least expensive price, and offered the better quality door! Scheduling, installation, and entire process went smoothly and we love our new garage door. It goes good with our new garage space! read more

Without a doubt, ProLine Garage Door is the best in the business. David truly knows what he's doing and has always provided honest assessments of what needed to be repaired versus replaced. This review is months long overdue!! David was awesome! He replied quickly to my inquiry on a brand new door replacement. He was confident, knew his garage door information, and even had samples which was very helpful in matching to our dark wood front door. The result was AMAZING!! David and Carlos worked on removing an old manual sliding garage door and replacing it with a proper automated overhead garage door for our home. They not only were good at communicating, but they also were very professional. The install took one day and they take their time to pay attention to details. They explained what needed to be done. The new garage was installed well and they care a lot about customer satisfaction. I would work with them again and I appreciate their honesty and help. read more

I was undecided between repairing some panels on one garage door or just replacing 2 garage doors and openers. David came out to take a look and sent me the quote to do both. He had no problem redoing the quote when I asked about belt drive openers. I loved that he didn't try to upsell me on anything and just let me decide after I asked his opinion. A few days later, Carlos came out to do the job. The no upselling was a big plus, but Carlos cleaning up as he worked was the icing on the cake! Both were super friendly and professional and my garage doors look great and work perfectly! The whole process took a week and was easy and painless from start to finish. Would definitely call them again if needed! read more

Was looking to get my 15yr old liftmaster opener updated with a few new bells and whistles. Did a bit of research on yelp and had a few estimates. I ultimately decided on Pro Line due to the knowledge in the space (they weren't the cheapest). The others didnt sound as knowledgeable and would have recommended a solution that might not have been ideal. David arrived on time and earlier than expected (he had a time slot open up the next day). Came out and identified a few things that were wrong aside from the garage opener. My rollers were shot, drums were cracked, bearings went out, and the springs weren't the right one for my garage. Quoted me and estimated the job to be done in 2.5 hours. Job was done on time and estimate was spot on (aside from the additional fixes we did). My garage door is something I want done right the first time, and I believe I've accomplished that. Thanks Pro Line! read more

Super professional, helpful, and prompt. David is great at what he does. He is knowledgeable and gives you options with fair pricing. Our garage fell off the track and was basically standing up crooked. He came and told us what we could and should do to get it going. He did it within a few hours notice. There was also an issue with the concrete being uneven so the bottom of the garage could not properly line up with the ground causing a space between the two. He was going to try and find us a new rubber flap that may cover the gap better. He said it may take a few days depending on what was in stock. After he was done with our job, he called back a few hours later and told us that the part was available right away and he could come within the next half hour to fix it. So fast and quick. I definitely appreciate that. Please go to him for your garage needs. You won't be disappointed. read more

My garage door spring broke so I needed someone to come fix. A few friends have recommended David and Pro Line so I put in a request on their website and got a call back. David was on the phone and we got a quote and timing down. He was available the next day, but that didn't work for me so I asked for the day after. I got a text update that he was on his way, which is a nice feature. He arrived on time and was able to finish the job in under an hour. New springs installed and door opens. He also makes sure the door is level and adjusts the reset travel and force. Great communication throughout and great work. I would call Pro Line again for any garage issues or replacements. read more

Needed a spring change and reached out to several businesses for a quote. David was quick to respond, and his pricing was reasonable. We were experiencing intermittent issues with our garage door to the point of frustration! We're getting ready to sell and this was one of the last things we wanted to deal with. I YELP everything! David and his business have a great review following. Everything that was said... was true. I requested an online quote, which he responded to right away and thankfully, was available to come a couple hours later. David is very knowledgeable and provided a couple options to choose from as well as list the costs. Pricing is pretty reasonable for the work performed and what is included in the replacement. He replaced the garage door motor, springs and bearings as well as installing an outside panel all in about 2 hours or less. The new system is awesome! David runs a 2 man show and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He walks through everything with you and is very personable on a professional level. I would use him every time, if I was going to stay in the area. :) read more

The ordering and installation was perfect. The cost was reasonable. But two things made David and his company outstanding. He always called back or texted quickly when I texted him and he was always on time. But the thing I really appreciated was his kindness. I special ordered the door I wanted, when it was ready I had an emergency so it couldn't be installed for many months. He stored it without bothering me, without sending it back or charging me. He patiently waited until I was ready. This kindness was above and beyond. He also came out to set up the phone app after I told him I could do it and I couldn't. I will always appreciate him. read more

David and his team are AMAZING! They are professional, experienced, and efficient. The spring on my garage door broke. I was looking up YouTube videos and debated on changing it myself, but I decided to inquire from a professional. David was able to come by first thing in the morning and identify the problem. Not only was the spring broken, the motor on my ancient opener finally burned out. I thought we would need to reschedule and I wouldn't have access to my garage for a while, but David provided me with many options as he and his team came prepared with motors on hand! My previous garage system was so old that the existing wire was frayed. The wire snapped when they were testing out the new opener and the garage door dropped down. David and his team went a step further and replaced the wire cable quickly. If you need anything fixed or installed, Pro Line Garage Doors is the way to go. David responds quickly. He is respectful, knowledgeable, and attentive. I was not able to be present as he installed the new opener, spring, and wire, so David texted me updates along the way. I really appreciate his hard work and I love the new garage door. Way to go David! read more
