I called Jonathan out of desperation because my spring it just broke he just happened to be about 5 minutes away from me with his son about to go to In-N-Out he got out of the line came to see what my problem was fixed it and then asked me if I wanted anything from In-N-Out as he headed over there afterwards who does that!! Jonathan does!!! 1) I had already been through this process with another company so I understood the grade of springs and realized that the ones that Jonathan installed were two grades higher yet the price he charged me was less than they did as was the service not to mention the fact that I had to make an appointment two weeks in advance with these guys and Jonathan skipped in and out for me. 2) Jonathan didn't try to upsell me at all I actually asked him about replacing the opener and two bent pieces of track. He fixed the bent pieces of track and told me that my opener would probably be good for another 20 years so he didn't try to upsell me anything. He wouldn't even let me pay for his In-N-Out Burger. 3) I really enjoy supporting family owned businesses and the fact that he had his son with him and that he was showing him the ropes just resonates with me. There is a reason why this guy has so many five-star reviews I refer all my business to him and I do it with confidence. read more

AllRoads Overhead Garage Doors are my go to for garage door repair or replacement. They've been out to my residence twice, once for my springs ( 5yrs ago) the other was recent for panel replacement. Both times they were fast, friendly, and very reasonable. They came out the very next day after calling for an estimate. Then they came out the very next week and completed the repairs. Definitely call them if you need your garage serviced. read more

I was looking to get an emergency release kit installed in my garage. Jonathan was very responsive to my inquiries on the phone and through text. We set up an appointment and he arrived punctually. He got the job done right and quickly. He also helped me install a backup battery. Overall, Jonathan is professional and knowledgeable. Pricing was fair and he accepts check or Zelle. I would recommend Allroads Overhead Garage Doors to all my family and friends! read more

Jonathan knows what he's doing, shows up when he says he will, and takes care of the problem. No pressure, no upselling. I recommend him.

This company is WONDERFUL! Our garage door opener broke so I began calling local firms to get a "ball-park" idea of the replacement cost. Other companies either insisted on sending someone to the site or they provided a ridiculously broad and expensive cost range. This was not the case with Allroads Overhead Garage Doors and Jonathan. After learning what I was looking for, he not only provided the cost, he was willing to schedule the work promptly but did not pressure me to decide on the spot. Upon arrival, I quickly learned that Jonathan is VERY knowledgeable and informative. He clearly explained how the entire system works and how we can extend the life of our system with proper cleaning and lubricating. Then, BEFORE installing the opener that we agreed to, HE cleaned & serviced the system and lubricated the door hinges and roller tracks explaining that he "didn't want to sell and install a new opener on a door that wasn't going to operate smoothly." I was so impressed by how thoughtful and conscientious he was that I decided to have him replace our old, worn, and loud rollers. Our 30 year old door now operates like brand new! Such a pleasant and responsible guy - THANK YOU Jonathan! read more

I had a garage door crisis when my wood garage door motor failed. I looked at several businesses before selecting Allroads to replace the door and motor. Not only was the price reasonable, but they were very professional: arriving on time, doing professional work and answering all my questions. They included regular 6-month maintenance at no extra charge--and called ME when it was time to do it! Allroads is a family business that I want to support. That's why I've written this review. read more

I found Jonathan via Yelp and couldn't be happier with how smooth my experience was: he is a true professional and has a ton of experience in his field. I contacted him in the evening and he messaged me right back letting me know that he would be able to come over the next morning to take a look at my garage door. Before he showed up the next morning, he gave me phone call to let me know that he was about 15 minutes away. When he arrived, we went to the garage together and I showed him what issue I was experiencing with the garage door. He immediately identified the issue, as well as a slew of other long overdue maintenance items that needed to be addressed. He let me know that it would be an hour or so for the whole process so I was able to go back into the house and get some work done in the meantime. Just as Jonathan was wrapping up the last maintenance tasks, he called me over to walk me through how I could go about doing some garage maintenance myself (i.e. lubricating the hinges, tracks, etc.). I cannot recommend Allroads Overhead Garage Doors enough. If you have any garage door issues, they are the ones to call. read more

This is a long due review, but certainly a real life testimony of how much of a lifesaver Jonathan was to our family! Last fall, our garage door was broken! It was broken to the point that there was no way to salvage it, basically if one would just push it with a slight pressure. The whole thing would just fall down to the ground..so so bad! We called a couple other companies and they not only quoted us ridiculous amount, but they could not come right away! We then found Jonathan on Yelp!! (THANK YOU YELP!!!) He came on the same day to take a look at the problem, quoted us how much he would charge us and the next day he came to remove the broken door and replaced it with a brand new door along with the opener too!!! I think it only took him a couple of hours to do the work and the result was amazing. Not only that we got a working door, we actually got a more modern opener (with the keypad and all!) We're just super grateful we found Jonathan and not to mention, the rate/price was very very very reasonable for what we got. Thanks again for the great service! read more

It's alive - Our garage door works! Thanks to Jonathan and Tito at Allroads Garage Doors, our stuck (inoperative) garage door is functioning again. The wife informed me she couldn't get her car out of the garage - "the door won't open"! I'm a big believer in Yelp reviews, saw Allroads with their great reviews, saw they make emergency calls. Called and left a message, within 5 minutes Jonathan called me back (this was at 4:30 yesterday afternoon). Told him where I live, sure, we can be there between 5:30 and 6:30! WOW, please come over. Jonathan and Tito arrived, opened the door, backed the car out and they went to work. Little over an hour the door was operating and the wife is happy to have her car back in the garage! All roads certainly led to Allroads Garage Doors! Great service - happy customer! Thanks again! read more

Years ago we replaced a panel of our garage door with a wooden one (diy). The weight was finally too much and parts of the hardware came flying off one day and we couldnt raise the door. We left vmail with three different vendors and Allroads replied first. They came out and rather than pushing us to replace the whole door the man said he would look for a replacement panel (with windows). A couple days later he had found one and the job was done. I really appreciate that he was willing to problem solve rather than try to sell us a replacement. Good communication and reasonable pricing. I definitely recommend Allroads. read more

Our single-coil garage door spring snapped after roughly 4 years and 10,000 cycles. We called Allroads Overhead Garage Doors per Yelp's recommendation, and spoke with Jonathan. Jonathan came within an hour, and got the repair completed within 2 hours from the initial call. This was a very impressive turnaround, especially for a Saturday weekend. Jonathan upgraded us to a dual-coil spring system at a very reasonable price, and now our garage door is back to quiet operation again. Service quality and response time is A+. We will definitely be giving Jonathan and his team a call for all future garage door needs. read more

My moms garage door had its last run on the original torsion springs today -- The spring snapped and I called three of the nearby garage repair technicians. I chose to go with Jonathan because he sounded upbeat and knowledgeable during our initial call. He was able to give an estimate for the job over the phone and provided additional service and warranty details for the work. Most importantly, he was also available to come on site to complete the repairs within the next 1-1.5hr. On-site: Jonathan was solid, replaced the springs, inspected overall condition of the door, added lubricants where necessary and fixed a loose bracket. He's personable, detail oriented, takes pride in his line of work (family business) and is passionate about taking care of his customers long term. Give him a call for any garage door needs. I would definitely use him again and recommend to family and friends. read more

Jonathan and his dad responded to my garage door problems the same day. He basically fixed me up so I could use the old mechanism while explaining what was needed. There was no pressure or up-selling. I assumed I'd need all new machinery and a new garage door, since the old one has a dent. But They explained that the old door was really well made and would be very expensive to replace. This time she called and Allroads came within less than an hour. gave a fair quote and did a good job securing the pully to the door for a permanent fix. would call again, way better than a 5 minute temp fix home job. would recommend to friends, probably down the line when its time to upgrade the opener and door in general, I will call Allroads. read more
