We used Trinity Movers in May of 2022. They gave us a bid, promptlyThey also showed up on time. The amount went way over what we were quoted. They tore up (broken down and busted at the corners) almost every box they moved. My furniture was scratched and things were dented (washer and dryer), 2 of the 3 mattresses were black on every edge with dirt. By the end of the move they were literally throwing things. My husband and I would never use these movers again!! Worst move ever. And very very overpriced!! Attached to this review are some photos of the damaged items. Their are plenty more items that are damaged that I cannot get to for photos. DO NOT USE A MOVING BROKER AND ESPECIALLY NOT TRINITY. I would post less than one star if it was an option. I measured each large item, i.e. furniture, one by one and gave Trinity the volumes. Trinity expert helped me estimate boxes for a typical house of my size. He also recommended that all drawers should be emptied. Just prior to the move date, Trinity informed me that they were having trouble getting trucks scheduled. They indicated in a threating manor that if I underestimated that I may not have all items moved. Since I was under the gun, closing escrow on the house, and had finished packing boxes, I upped my box count. Trinity was happy to send me a bill for additional volume. The movers showed up with an undersized truck. They packed it so tightly that boxes on bottom were crushed. The truck was so undersized that they were literally throwing things on the top of the stack. They could barely shut the doors. After receiving items, I was shocked at the condition of the boxes. Almost every box was crushed, torn or showed signs of damage. The lesson I learned is never, never use a moving broker. They add no value, only add cost. The trick about getting you to re-estimate your volume is really obvious. They get to squeeze a little more out of you. The real bill is paid to the actual contracted moving company and is also adjusted based on what they actually load into the truck. DO NOT USE A MOVING BROKER AND ESPECIALLY NOT TRINITY. Do the leg work and find a mover on your own, it will save you 30%. read more

This was one of the worst businesses that I have ever encountered. When first speaking with this company, I let them know that I needed to have my belongings delivered by a certain date. Dylan in the office confirmed that my stuff would be delivered by that date. When it was not and I called him back, he lied completely and said we never confirmed dates. The company then used another service patriot movers to deliver my furniture her we had agreed on a certain price and when they were dropping it off that day, they held my furnishings hostage until I paid an entire $500 more to have it delivered, some bins that were marked fragile were broken. I would never recommend this company or the other company they use patriot to deliver any piece of furniture anywhere ever. read more

Terrible experience. I had a two bedroom apartment. I boxed everything myself. Didn't have them move kitchen or two bathrooms so basically they moved living room, art off the wall, two bedrooms and items off balcony. It took 5 of them 5 hours and they still were not finished. I told them to leave. It cost me $1175! Their rate is $235/hour with three hour minimum. The guy tried to charge me 5-1/2 hours but I refused. They arrived at 8:50a and I told them to leave at 1:50p. They charge from the time they leave their facility. Conveniently for them, they were "lost"trying to find my apartment building and then were "lost" finding my new home which is 2 miles away and I gave directions. Complete scam. I called and spoke to the owner, Kevin and sent him pics. He agreed to reimburse me an hour. He also offered to send them back out. I'd absolutely had enough of his "team" and declined. Well, he's not a man of his word. He said after discussing with team he decided to not reimburse me. Said he got a different story from them. Of course he did. Truth is I provided pics to Kevin and he 100% agreed things were not done correctly. When they arrived, they forgot tools and didn't bring gondola. They needed tools to take the beds apart (I had already told them I had two beds to be taken down and an extra one to be assembled at new location). So, they had to wait for tools. When they arrived they were talking about how unorganized their morning began and bad way to start the day. Their words not mine. I kept a good attitude and thought well we will get through this. Kevin stopped by right after they started and I said great so far! This quickly changed. This should have been a 3 hour job at most. I made a HUGE mistake by not using Evolution Moving again. They moved me with two guys (every room in apartment) in 3 hours. Trinity can't do it with 5 guys in 5 hours. Maybe bad day? Ok. Do the right thing for your customers and tell the truth. They drive a U-Haul and blocked my neighbor in. She asked if they would move it a little so she could get her car out. They rudely said do you need it right now? She told me they were not professional at all and thought I had just hired a bunch of kids. The real problem started when we arrived at my new home. They didn't place the furniture in the right rooms, left it shrink wrapped on its side, nothing in the right place. I was told to be there to direct where everything went plus my boxes were labeled. I asked them to put the boxes in the closets upstairs and not the loft area. They told me the closets were full. I said well let's go see what it looks like. Of course they didn't want me to look. I've attached pics of the ONE full closet and the two empty ones. I had put on the proposal and they agreed to put together a new Floyd bed at the new house. No tools are required and there's a video that shows them what to do. Supposed to take 20 minutes with two people. The last hour and 15 minutes consisted of 3 of them sitting on the floor around the bed laughing and gossiping instead of putting the bed together. That is when I told them to stop. The bed what they put together is completely wrong and they left an entire panel out of it and two of the steel supports. They also didn't put the cork on to protect the floor. So now I paid an hour for absolutely nothing and still have a bed to put together. They also left their shrink wrap empty cardboard trash on my floor and all their empty water bottles that I provided for them. I know demand is high for movers right now but that does not give you the right to scam your clients. We will all remember this when things slow down. And Kevin, not keeping your word will not help. Go elsewhere. By their reviews, it looks like they do have some good days. Don't take a chance of them having a "bad day" and getting the mess that I did. It'll cost you! I do not recommend this company. They are shockingly unprofessional, inappropriate, rude and disrespectful.

So I see that this company has really great reviews on Facebook and Google and I'm kind of jealous, especially since this company was our very first moving company we had ever hired. I do not know why we didn't get that same experience but the reason for this one star review is because of the way the owner Kevin went about his services. We had hired him to move our stuff to a storage unit until we closed on our home. My wife did mention that they were actually pretty ruff with our stuff. although most of our stuff did not have lids and it had to be repack it. When they were repacking our stuff, the wife saw they were pretty ruff with our everything and was just putting and throwing random things in boxes/trash bags in a careless manner. So I discuss it with him when we met at the storage unit,since I was not there to witness it during the packing, and Kevin got pretty defensive when I mentioned to him what my wife had witnessed. But I figured he had been busy and stressed with having to repack our things. So once we finally closed on our home, we went ahead and hired another moving company (New Braunfels Moving Company) since he did not have enough room for us on his schedule. once we got our stuff my wife saw things thrown everywhere and some stuff smashed. What made me call him was a clear plastic signature pad that all of our friends and family had signed for our wedding. They had used it to top off a box and taped it. The tape took off some of the signatures and the signatures was smeared from them handling it with their hands carelessly. He said he will go ahead and refund me, so I gave him my address. He came by my home, while I had the other moving company here, to refund me. The other moving company was actually shocked how Kevin (The owner) handled the refund. The action and comment he did was really a low blow. He had thrown a $20 bill at each employee. One employee from the other moving company asked what the money was for, his comment was "because this guy (referring to me) isn't going to tip you" with a huge grin on his face! I was shocked and so were they for that comment and action he had taken. as he was walking away I had called him back asking him why did he to take it to that level. He stared me down as if he was ready to fight me in my own yard. He finally laughed and walked away. These guys totally messed up my interstate move because they told me I could purchase additional insurance-- to supplement their 60 cents a pound if they damage stuff. But it's not true-- insurance must be purchased 42-78 hours in advance so my items could not be moved because they could not be insured. Hours after their amateur bungle, I still haven't heard back from them to tell me when this can be rescheduled. And they won't refund my $1200 deposit. Their poor communication and lack of understanding of how their own insurance coverage for customers and their carriers operate has set me back days, impacted my work schedule and bank account. read more

These guys are great! I called one afternoon expecting I'd just get a rate on moving a large antique cabinet from one room in my house to another. Kevin and Johnny were actually able to fit me in a little later that same day and did an excellent job moving my very old, somewhat fragile, and extremely sentimental piece of furniture. They were reasonably priced, very professional, and careful not to scratch doorways, floors or my furniture. I was very pleased and will definitely call them again! read more

Trinity movers were amazing and Kevin was so professional and friendly! I have moved cross country several times and small moves too, but I have never had such a fast and easy move. They were able to accommodate me with short notice, they offered a great price, in fact better than any other area movers. Trinity Movers did an excellent job for us today moving our treasured belongings from a storage facility into our new home. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His crew was careful and accommodating. Kevin went above and beyond and repaired our dining table, switched the door on the refrigerator so it opened the correct way in the new room, and put our huge bookcases together.
