I use to go to Smitti which was really great but now I go to Kobi. The difference is not day and night or right to wrong. It is style. Smitti was the pamper me type of massage for many months but now I am with Kobi who is the feel good, get the knots out of my muscles and get my sciatica straightened out, achy feet and messed up back. Topped off with a little of the pamper me to finish it off. I soooo appreciate Kobi and her talents as my doctor keeps saying.... don't stop and I haven't. I see Kobi weekly like clock work and I know I will be just how I should be when I leave. She is extremely friendly and real sweetheart. One of their Bullet Points is you get a full 60 minute massage PLUS your consultation and changing. Not including so it cuts into your hour. They are really reasonably priced but they can because being private owners vs. multi location owners. They are truly hear for the clients. Pat does reception and is spot on with it. Never a glitch or error. He is really friendly and he is the right person to greet you as you come in. If you haven't been to Trinity Massage, you need to give it a try.... (well it is time for me to go, as I am on my way to Trinity Massage to see Pat and Kobi!!!! read more

My mom bought us each a Groupon for an hour massage. When she called to make an appointment there was good availability. Before the appointment we were sent a text message with a link to a firm. The form was thorough and easy to use. When we walked into the spa we were cheerily greeted by the lovely front desk staff. Then both Smitti and Kobi were prompt and professional when they came to greet us. The spa is peaceful and clean. we both received professional massages by the knowledgeable therapist. We really can't say enough good things about Trinity massage. And we highly recommend booking an appointment with either Smitti or Kobi. read more

I've had quite a few massages from this establishment and it's been a blast every time! The whole ambiance of the place is absorbed instantly the moment you walk through the door. The smell, the music, and friendly receptionist instantly teleport you to a place of rest and rejuvenation. Both times I've received my massage from the very lovely Rastylssji. She was great both times. Very attentive to me as a guest. The rest of the staff is friendly as well! I highly recommend giving this establishment a try if you get massages. Can easily see myself being a regular. They have various deals that make it price friendly as well! read more

I've consistently had great experiences here, which is why I've continued supporting this business for so long. The therapists I've worked with have always been knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to listen to my concerns before each session and tailor the treatment accordingly. I always leave feeling significantly better than when I walked in, and that's why I've remained a loyal customer for so many years. Unfortunately, I recently learned that IMR is now charging a 3% surcharge for credit card payments, and I have to say, it really annoys me. In today's world, paying with a credit card is the norm, and accepting those processing fees has traditionally just been part of the cost of doing business. Seeing that expense passed directly on to loyal customers--especially members--was disappointing. I truly enjoy supporting this business and would much rather continue my membership, but this new surcharge has honestly made me question whether I want to keep it. It's unfortunate because the quality of the massages has never been the issue. I sincerely hope they reconsider this policy, because it's the one thing that's making me think twice about continuing as a member.
