I struggled with anxiety and general unhappiness my whole life and after some especially rough…read moreevents in my life it got to a point where I felt empty, life felt pointless, and existing was a struggle. Very much depressed! I tried all sorts of things, traditional therapy, diet & exercise (which helped), medications (which temporarily numbed but then badly backfired) however, nothing seemed to have a lasting effect. I would have done anything to get myself out of that emotional mess and Anna came highly recommended so, with a little skepticism but an open mind, I decided to give hypnotherapy a try. I have noticed immediate relief after just a couple of sessions, I found my mind focusing more on the bright side and it was easier to snap out anxiety, so I decided to go at it full force and between live sessions and recordings, hypnotherapy became a daily practice for a few months. The general sense of well-being I reached then became the foundation for improvements in all other areas of my life. Feelings of anxiety and depression still come up at times, but I don't spiral down with them anymore. I now often feel calm, joyful, and overall more positive and motivated. Anna is a lightworker and the best teacher I ever met. She is passionate, knowledgeable, loving and truly caring being. She explains things directly, simply and with fun and I could not recommend her more. I feel so grateful to have met her and I wish the kind of improvements I have experienced to anyone!

I'd been dealing with a lot of anxiety along with a few other things. When I first arrived, Amy didn't ask any questions, just had me lay down and relax. She started working her magic, and I could literally feel the energy moving around me and through me. I was mind blown, to be honest. When she finished, she had me sit up and then told me about what she was feeling from me during the session. She was SO spot on, I was in disbelief. She picked up on every little bit of what I was experiencing, mentally and physically. Since my visit, the things that were bothering me have decreased. I can't wait to go back and see her, and am planning to have my boyfriend see her for a visit as well. Go see Amy!! She's incredible and very gifted. You won't regret it.

I highly recommend the acoustic vibration table for those who are squeamished about being touched or are energy sensitive. When living in San Diego, I did trade with a client for use of her VT table and am so lucky I found one here in the Vegas Valley and so close to me. *fate* The studio itself is cozy, featuring a massage table, the VT table and low ambient lighting for those who are photo sensitive (personally I loathe bright lights in any "relaxation" experience.) I had been unemployed for over a year, sending out countless applications, going to interviews, and still being passed over. My self-esteem was shattered. My relationship was struggling. My life felt stuck, heavy, and like I was treading water with no end in sight. A family member gifted me one of her sessions. I showed up with zero expectations, thinking, "It can't get any worse than this." But the moment I allowed myself to be open and receive, everything began to shift. Right after my session, I felt lighter--truly lighter in a way I hadn't in years. I felt joy bubbling up inside me again. I felt my light restored, my energy renewed, and for the first time in a long time, I felt hope. From that point forward, things began to flow. My energy shifted so profoundly that I ended up manifesting and landing my dream job--something so unique that it still feels unbelievable. Out of over 2,000 applicants, I was the one they chose. Now, I get to travel the world, work the hours I want, earn more than I ever have, and live a life I once thought was impossible. My relationships are thriving. My relationship with money is healing. I feel hopeful about buying my first home. Most importantly, I feel happy, aligned, and excited about my life again. Aside from being incredibly talented, Arlene is an amazing human being--warm, kind, and deeply compassionate. She's also an incredible mentor for life in general and an extraordinary coach. She won't sugarcoat things for you. She will be direct, honest, and unwavering in her commitment to guide you, while reminding you of the incredible power that's already within you. There are billions of things you could find on the internet to "improve your life," but none will give you the kind of instant and profound shift that she can. I know everyone's experience will be unique, but if you come in with the intention to heal, an open heart, and an open mind, you'll understand just how big, beautiful, and full of energy the world truly is--and how much of that energy is inside you. If you have doubts, just try it. You won't regret it. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I've tried many energy healers, mediums, and psychics, but no one even comes close to Arlene. She is a gift.
